🚗 Transport: Lille ist nicht groß, daher ist der Transport bequem, hauptsächlich weil die verschiedenen Restaurants im Hotel sehr praktisch sind
🧹Sanitär: Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und sauber
🍃Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist angenehm, alle wichtigen Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar

Wir hatten das Hotel wg. der Lage ausgesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Leider gibt es kaum Parkplätze - ich hatte vorher einen über das Hotel reserviert (17EUR) - leider für uns nicht nutzbar, da nur Autos bis 1,90m in die Tiefgarage passen. Auf meine Frage beim Check-in wo wir dann parken könnten, kam ein Schulterzucken. Durch vorherige Aufenthalte kannten wir einen grossen Platz in der Nähe des Zoos, wo man parken kann - ist allerdings fast 2km zu Fuss entfernt - wenigstens auf so etwas hätte man hinweisen können. Wir hatten dann abends noch Glück und vor dem Hotel wurde ein Platz frei. Unser war etwas beengt, machte nicht den neuesten Eindruck, aber für 2 Nächte kamen wir klar. Positiv anzumerken - die Minibar war kostenlos. Allerdings war nicht ersichtlich ob es nur auf die Getränke oder alles zutrifft. Wir wurden auf das Green Programm hingewiesen - wenn man 2 Nächte oder mehr dort ist und auf die Reinigung des Zimmers (?) verzichtet, wird einem ein Drink an der Bar angeboten. Wir hängten das entsprechende Zeichen dafür an die Tür - wie erwartet wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt, Gott sei dank aber der Müll geleert. Einen Gutschein oder Drink wurde aber nicht angeboten - schade. Auch eigenartig - das Handwashgel ist in einer grossen Flasche am Waschbecken angebracht - Duschzeug gab es wiederum in kl. Dosen - wäre umweltfreundlicher gewesen, mit einem Dosieren in der Dusche. Klopapier ist chronisch zu wenig verfügbar. Positiv anzumerken: Cafemaschine - leider mit Kapseln, Heisswasserkocher sind vorhanden. Leider ist das Hotel in einem Altbau und wir hatten extrem laute Nachbarn über uns, die wohl nachts um 2.00h durchs Zimmer joggten - was uns den Schlaf raubte. in der 2. Nacht kämpften wir mit einer Armada von Stechmücken, die durchs gekippte Fenster hereinfallen. Hier würden Mückenfenster wirklich Sinn machen. Auch die Nachbar im Hof, die gerne am Wochenende nachts dort Party feiern, haben leider dazu beigetragen, dass wir kaum ein Auge zumachten. Preis-Leistung über die BW-Site war ok. Alles in allem war es leider ein nicht so entspannter Aufenthalt.

I arrived at this hotel durong the heat wave in June '22 and selected it because TA showed it as the top hotel in lille, with AC. During check-in, no mention was made about the AC not working. Upon entering the room, I saw a fan on full speed in a hot and muggy room. The AC control is there, but it has no power (like a prop). I asked reception to switch it on, but they said the AC had broken that morning and will be replaced on the day that I'm leaving (what a coincidence). I attempted to stay in the room but it was awful. The outisde temperature was 35C and the energy from the fans just made the room warmer. There was no restbite. I began looking at reviews and saw that people had made comments over the past year about no/broken AC. I approached the reception and challenged them about the AC being broken that morning even though reports say this has been an ongoing issue and he smiled and admitted that it hadn't been working for a while. This is false advertising! In addition to this, i found the cleaners pass within my bed sheets. (Picture attached). This opens every room in the hotel and i tried it on my door and on a room which i knew was vacant! Imagine had this gone into the wrong hands. I handed into reception who were apologetic and said the employee had left a few days before. I guess they dont deactivate employee passes 🤷♀️ I could only stay here for one night, i booked my remainding stay in the BW voyageur instead (a much better hotel, for a cheaper price) and I'm fighting to get my money for false advertising, which I am winning! In summary, do not stay here. I doubt they ever had AC and will lie about it. They cannot be trusted.

Spent a couple of nights here whilst visiting Lille with friends, hotel is in great location, with access to parking at a reasonable rate not too far away. The hotel is clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked and sitting outside in the sun was lovely. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices. I’d certainly stay here again. The green clean (just get bins emptied and tea/coffee topped up) was a good idea and the reward of free drink at the bar was welcome in return.

Excellent stuff, great hotel, tasty breakfast with all you need, spacious room. They put L'occitane cosmetics in the bathroom, like five star hotels. A big surprise was to find a bottle of a local beer as a gift for a stay. Definitely recommend!

This is a funky, little hotel on the edge of old Lille. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very interesting but comfortable. Our room was long and narrow with a bed and a chesterfield. The bathroom was large and bright with a great towel rack. You could skip housekeeping for a day and receive a free drink in the bar. That might have been the better way to go as housekeeping was slow and a bit spotty (e.g. left dirty glasses). We had to continually chase them down for more towels. The breakfast was simple but good with a nice selection of gluten free items. An interesting place to stay.

Very comfortable stay. Main sites and restaurants walkable. Convenient for stations. Staff very attentive and helpful.
Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of noise from the back of the building at night (noisy neighbours maybe?). More black teabags in the room would have been nice too. Overall, very nice stay.
