Herzlichen Dank an alle freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm und wunderbar gemacht haben. Wir waren absolut begeistert vom warmen Frühstück, dem Nachtdessert, dem sauberen Zimmer, dem modernen Design, der Smart-Home-Funktion, dem Sonderangebot für frühes Frühstück, der Hilfe mit dem Gepäck, die Liste geht noch weiter. Nochmals vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt in Lijiang so unvergesslich gemacht haben.

So stelle ich mir einen Aufenthalt bei der Familie vor. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Teil der geschäftigen Altstadt von Lijiang. Die Rezeption fuhr mit einem Fahrradwagen zum Südtor, um unser Gepäck bei der Ankunft abzuholen. Jeden Abend wurde warme süße Suppe (晚安甜汤) zubereitet, wir wurden nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen mit Rosentee (花茶) begrüßt und bekamen täglich ein einfaches Frühstück. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und verfügte über ein Smart-Home-System, das sehr viel Spaß machte, sowie Premiumprodukte wie einen Dyson-Haartrockner und eine intelligente Toilette mit automatischem Dusch-WC.

Stayed here on the first day in Lijiang, the experience was superb. We can tell that they pay attention to details in the design, the service and the amenities beyond mere aesthetics. The hotel staffs helped us to carry the luggages from the ancient town entrance to the hotel as vehicles are not allowed to go in, then they greeted us with warm towel and rose pastry while helping us with the check in process. Their service made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

The hotel was located in a nice part of the old town, easily accessible to the centre of Lijiang Ancient City yet quiet and peaceful.

Location is secluded from bustling 古城南门, quiet. Might not be suitable for travellers who prefer easy access to 北门， not far but still a short walk. Room fully automated with AI 小狄 to control all switches. Lol. May not be user-friendly for some if cant speak fluent Chinese to give instruction to 小狄. But 小黑管家 is helpful. She helped to arrange and coordinate with our next hotel to move our luggage from Puzi to Cathay, which is about 1km away. We are thankful for 小黑管家 kindness.

Cool accommodation with a blend of ancient architecture with smart AI tech. Free afternoon tea and night dessert. Breakfast selection was limited but the food was really tasty. Cars are not allowed in the ancient town, but the hotel will arrange for a porter to deliver your luggage on a tricycle from the alighting point on the main road to the hotel.

I had a great stay at Lijiang Pu Zhi Designer Hotel HOLIDAY VILLA, located at the South Gate of The Old Town of Lijiang. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the old town, and the staff was attentive and very helpful with our luggage. The hotel offers a modern touch with whole house intelligent control, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the heartwarming breakfast and dessert they served. The hotel is also not far from the airport, adding to its convenience.

The services and room is up to standards. The staff are frieny and helpful. When we need to leave hot early forbour plans, they even prepare simple takeaway breakfast for us to eat on the roads. Thumbs up for their services.

One of the best hotels we ever had. From high speed train station to hotel and back service is excellent. The staffs are friendly, smiling, have great attitudes and efficient. The location of the hotel is inside Old Town of LiJiang and very near the entrance or exit. We love the soundproof and temperature controlled rooms of the hotel. The hotel is very advance. Hopefully the management will continue the hotel's excellent service. We'll be back soon to have a vacation again in Lijiang.

Hotel location is very convenient to access the Ancient town. Staffs in the hotel provides excellent service, warm and friendly. They will pre-packed breakfast if you have to leave the hotel early. Simple dessert supper is provided every night. You do not need to worry about dragging your luggage as they have luggage service provided.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room and good breakfast options. Great location within the Ancient Town yet close to an exit for transportation. Highly recommended. Had a great stay.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Quality furniture and they do have frosted toilet doors. But bathtub is open concept. Service staff are excellent especially the short hair lady with glasses at front desk who helped us ordered our supper and paid for us in advance! Breakfast is simple.
