Hôtel usine . Neuf avec de très belles prestations. Le personnel a besoin de se roder. Massage au top avec personnel très pro. Roof top exceptionnel avec une magnifique piscine extérieure. Chambre propre avec très bonne literie et très fonctionnelle, grande et agréable. Clim bien évidemment. Repas et petit déjeuner de grande qualité et avec une belle diversité . Très bon hôtel

We stayed at this place during the Tet holiday, we were worried about having nothing to do here for 2 days. But this hotel located in a beautiful area (near the Old Quarter and easy to go to Trang An). The staff was always accommodating and friendly, they welcomed us with cake and flowers in the room, lovely breakfasts.

Ce mastodonte propose plusieurs niveaux de chambres. Elles sont spacieuses, propres et bien insonorisés. Roof top très agréable avec sa piscine non chauffée. Il vient d’ouvrir pour la saison, et le personnel doit trouver ses marques … très bon diner en buffet avec des préparations locales de bonnes factures. Petit déjeuner de la même qualité même si c’est un peu l’usine ( nombre de tables).

We spent one night at this hotel. We loved the food varieties of the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and convenient. Hotel landscape was beautiful. Highly recommended!

The people at the hotel were really friendly from the moment I arrived. They made checking in easy, and the room they gave me was fantastic. It was big, comfy, and had everything I needed. Plus, the view from the rooftop swimming pool was so pretty!

Verbleven in zuster hotel, maar hier voor betaald bezoek (200.000 dk) aan zwembad. Saai, groot hotel. Bijna niemand spreekt Engels. Je betaald voor het zwembad, maar bar gesloten, wil je iets drinken dan moet je naar de buren! Terwijl ze zelf staan te nietsen.

Upon initial observation, it's apparent that this hotel may be in need of some updates or better upkeep. Mold is unfortunately present in the lift area, and the pool table shows signs of wear and neglect. Additionally, the beds are quite firm, and the pillows are overly thick, resulting in a less-than-ideal sleeping experience. Despite these initial disappointments, we hoped for a more positive experience upon checking in. While we appreciated the gesture of a welcome cake, the incorrect names on the welcome letters were a minor setback. Exhausted from our travels, we decided to dine at the hotel's all-day dining venue. Regrettably, the staff seemed disengaged, making it challenging to get their attention when needed. Although some dishes were satisfactory, the pizzas left much to be desired with their tough, unappetizing crust. The following morning, breakfast failed to meet our expectations for a purported five-star establishment. The absence of a coffee machine was surprising, and the brewed coffee provided was both cold and excessively strong. Furthermore, the use of instant noodles in one of the dishes detracted from the overall dining experience. Our frustrations continued at the live station. I again ordered everything for my family in Vietnamese to make sure they don't take it wrong (I’m the only Vietnamese. My boyfriend and his parents are German). We asked the guy who was at the station at the time to make us 3 fried eggs with 1 being sunny side up and 2 well done. After taking 1 round at the buffet, we came back and saw that the eggs are being made by someone else while the first guy was still standing there. This person has white uniform while other chefs wear dark uniform. He gave us the eggs that were fried both sides but the egg yolk was still running that we can see with normal eyes. We had to return the egg 2 times to him to fry it more. At the time we picked up the egg, my family came over with their plates to get the egg. And it seems like he was pissed that we returned the eggs twice, he said to me in Vietnamese that 'How can I know that they are with you?’. On top, since they have problem with the electricity all the time, they will turn on the generator all day long starting at around 5AM and turn it off at 11PM only. We wanted to stay 3 days in Ninh Binh but had to check out on the last day. We would definitely not return to this hotel ever.

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont peu vieillotes dans le style mais grandes et propres. La salle de bain n'est pas au niveau d'un 4/5 étoiles même en norme locale (la douche est en fait le sol devant la baignoire avec une évacuation.).a ce sujet impossible de prendre une douche tellement l’eau était chaude… vraiment dommage ! La piscine chauffée est très appréciable à cette époque car il y fait encore froid à l'extérieur. Le restaurant et le buffet du petit déjeuner sont vraiment bien. Le personnel est agréable et en fait peut être un peu trop en servant le Coca-Cola a mon fils et ma fils comme si c'était un grand cru.

Please stay away from this Ninh Binh legend hotel as they are dishonest and irresponsible. We, a group of 7 people, stayed in 4 rooms for 2 nights on 27 & 28 Dec 2023. Unfortunately my son dental retainer was lost/stolen after 1st night. After reporting the incident to the hotel staff and the hotel supervisor, Ms. Linh, was on behalf of the hotel apologized to us and offered to have a temporary retainer made by a local dentist there. As we were on a trip from North to South in 2 weeks time and we only stayed here and there a couple of nights so we told her it is ok that my son could wait until coming back to Australia to get a retainer from the orthodontist. She then promised that the incident will be reported to hotel management and compensation will be made to my son. We took her words as I thought this is a five star hotel so they would not be so stupid to risk their reputation on this small incident but I was wrong, another staff member named Mr Tran Dac Hoan contacted my son afterward and denied responsibility and refused compensation. I am so disappointing with their dishonesty and will try to alert friends and travelers on other online hotel booking sites.

Relaxing and clean hotel after a long day sightseeing.

Si hacéis la visita a Halong del interior, "Hoa Lu" es una buena opción hosped**** en este hotel, las habitaciones son grandes, al igual que la cama, mide más de 2m de ancho La limpieza está correcta. El Hotel dispone de Spa, y hacen masajes a muy buen precio, nosotros hemos optado por esta elección después de la excursión, nos ha dejado como nuevo el masaje (muy recomendable) el personal Encantador. El desayuno, es un buffe completo Donde te pueden hacer una tortilla francesa, si como a nosotros, nos cuesta comer la comida Vietnamita.

Mooi hotel, met veel marmer. Mooie ingang met grote balie. Het zijn hele mooie kamers. Alles is super schoon. Groot, comfortabel bed. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Ze hebben ook een mooi zwembad en een bar. Heerlijke bedden.

Very nice buffet breakfast with MANY choices, both Asian and American.
