GGastnutzerLove the quiet place old but well kept .. service is good on site restaurant is good . Would have expected more from amenities for standard room. Even the cheapest hotels i have used before provide basics like daily water ..For the price of their standard would have expected more. Room had sugar ants apparently attracted by my donuts previous visits were un eventful last visit was marginal

GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses ..

MMayangThe room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average.

GGastnutzerWir hatten unsere Flitterwochen im Summit Hotel und mein Mann war von der Erfahrung begeistert! Bequeme Betten und geräumiges Zimmer. Nur das, es fehlte ihnen an Hotelpersonal und wie um alles in der Welt sollte ein Personal ohne unsere Erlaubnis das Zimmer betreten. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke

BBradSauberes Zimmer mit kompletter Grundausstattung. Da es sich um eine Eigentumswohnung handelt, teilen Sie sich den Wohnbereich und die Küche, wenn Sie nur ein Einzel- oder Zweibettzimmer buchen, haben aber Ihre eigene Privatsphäre. Es verfügt über eine gute WLAN-Geschwindigkeit. Das einzige Problem sind zu viele Mücken in meinem Zimmer, die sich in der Schublade, im Fernseher und in der Dusche verstecken. Es ist auch ein bisschen weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber für mich ist es in Ordnung, da es in der Nähe des Hotels ein Metro-Einkaufszentrum und Fast Food gibt.

CCal travel tripsNot sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.
