DDisney PrincessDie Kontrolle im Personal war erstaunlich! Andere Mitarbeiter am Resort waren freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Sie haben sogar ein Sicherheitspersonal, das sichtbar ist. Der Resortraum ist riesig. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen und meine Familie bringen. Groß für Kinder und Kinder im Herzen. Vielen Dank für Ihre herzliche Begrüßung.

RRon SadzakThis is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

GGastnutzerNice hotel, inexpensive, good staff and convenient location. Best hotel in this small town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant in the ground level of the hotel. Free breakfast with room, snd good food and service. Nice room,(bed, desk, tv) with the only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Good bathroom with all the amenities and nice hot water. Located in the center of town by the Metro store and with plenty of places to eat in short walking distance. Would gladly stay there again.

GGastnutzerIch habe für 2 Nächte gebucht. Ort war schön, das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Buchet das Hotel, weil es sagt, es hat Wi-Fi. Wenn es ankommt, gibt es Wi-Fi im Zimmer, aber kein Signal, und es gibt auch kein Datensignal. Die einzige WiFi-Verbindung ist am Restaurant, das auch sehr schwach ist. Ich habe gebeten, die 2. Nacht zu stornieren und zurückzuzahlen, aber die Unterkunft hat den Antrag abgelehnt. Ich wäre gut gewesen, wenn es nicht auf den Einrichtungen aufgelistet ist. Wenn es keine WiFi gibt, aktualisieren Sie die Liste, so dass es unsere Reisearrangements nicht stört und Geld verliert. Da sie meinen Antrag abgelehnt haben, musste ich ein anderes Hotel reservieren, während ich noch für diesen bezahlt habe.

MMon TumI had a really pleasant stay at Asia Star Hotel. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated that breakfast was included; there was a nice variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a great value for the price. I’d happily stay here again!

GGastnutzerThe place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.

AAnonymer BenutzerGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.
