I have stayed at many La Quintas over the last several years and this one was by far the most disappointing. The staff was unenthusiastic to say the least. And the room was not up to par on cleanliness or comfort. No soap either. May still consider La Quinta in the future. But not this one.

Walk in shower was great however the water that flowed out from in onto the floor wasn't great. Had to place towels at the base of the shower to prevent bathroom flooding while showering.

The walls were so thin we heard everything, Everything!! The floors were filthy and there was some stains on the walls

Tile dirty, lighting in room was awful, only lamps and one didn’t work, shower had such a low flow couldn’t rinse, couldn’t get hot water, poor construction so looks junky, toaster didn’t work. . Bright spot was breakfast. The woman tending it was great, everything clean and well care for. Other than that, worst la Quinta we have been to.

It was obvious the New owners were renovating. The renovations were very nice. The staff were all very accommodating. Breakfast was perfect!

Good overnight hotel. Reasonably priced. Tasty, hot breakfast/good variety. Clean room, comfortable beds/pillows. Quiet surroundings, friendly, helpful staff, easy access from the I-75. Will return, 8+/10.

The rooms were dated and not well cleaned. We found a hairball on the floor, pieces of hair in the bed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned.

The reservation clerk nam d Stephanie. She deserved to get a best raise. She was very friendly with a big smile and highly recommended us to have dinner at Sedona TapHouse restaurant… she stated food was very good !!!! I took her word …. Indeed we had dinner at her recommendation and the food was excellent! I told her upon our return from eating that food was outstanding! She gave us a big big smile !!’ Give her a best raise !!’ Many many thanks to Stephanie !!!
