Wir haben mehr als eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht.Die Anlage ist sehr modern und besitzt einen grossen, attraktiven Swimmingpool neben zahlreichen anderen Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitnessraum , Tennisplatz, Massage etc. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr stark von Italienischen Gästen besucht und das Personal gab sich redlich Mühe auch die internationalen Gäste zu befrieden.Obwohl der Service insgesamt sehr freundlich und bemüht war, besteht speziell beim Restaurantbetrieb genügend Spielraum für Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: umständliche -und teils unkoordinierte Auftragsannahme (Zettelwirtschaft), zahlreiche Verwechselungen bei den Bestellungen waren nur einige unserer Beobachtungen insbesondere beim Frühstück.Die langen Wege zwischen Küche und Essplatz waren einer effizienten Gestaltung sicher ebenfalls nicht zuträglich.
