I arrived an hour before check in to find a locked gate.... okay it's a small place, so maybe they're at lunch. I'm hungry, so I go get some food. I come back at 2, and same situation. But this time I see a guy there, and I ask if I can check in. He lets me in, and I see the front desk is empty and looks closed down. He shows me to an open room, and I ask about checking in. He speaks no English, and even using Google Translate, nothing is making sense. Finally I realize he is maintenance, and not front desk or staff of any kind. All my stuff is in my car on the street still, but I have my phone, so I call the booking site, and say there's no one here, and I want to cancel and get a refund. As I'm on the phone, walking back to the front gate, do I see that it is locked! Padlock locked!! Luckily the keys were nearby, and the guy was no where to be seen. It took 5 tries with the keys, but I finally got the padlock opened, and got into my car, and left to a better hotel nearby. I cannot recommend, NOT booking here enough. Just avoid!
