La única pega para mí es que hay moqueta en las habitaciones, por lo demás todo bien, buena atención y limpieza

What a great hotel, brilliant location, easy parking and great staff at reception and restaurant. Really smart rooms and comfortable lounge areas that allow you to relax. The staff are extremely helpful in advising on the city of Leon and always greet you with a smile.

We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.
