Ich habe kürzlich einen drei-Nacht-Unterkunft in diesem Hampton Inn abgeschlossen. Die Hilton-Kette ist mein Zu-Zu-Weil ich meist genau weiß, was zu erwarten ist. Einchecken war reibungslos. Ich wurde das Zimmer, das ich ausgewählt hatte, ein King Studio Suite auf der Nordseite des 4. Stockes zugewiesen. Ein früherer Aufenthalt hat mir gelehrt, dass die südliche Seite viel Verkehrslärm hat. Die Temperatur meines Zimmers war deutlich warmer als die Halltemperatur. Ich erwähnte das an den Büroberater, der mir versichert, dass ich nur den Thermostat anpassen musste. Mehrere Stunden später hatte der Tempel nicht gebucht, und ich musste die Zimmer ändern. Um ein Zimmer auf der ruhigen Seite des Hotels zu bekommen, wurde ich in ein reguläres Zimmer mit zwei Queen-Betten abgegradet. Dieses Zimmer riecht aus alten Teppich und weichen Hund, aber die AC funktionierte. Das Bett war bequem. Ich habe den Fehler gemacht, hinter dem Nachtstuhl zu sehen, während ich das Telefonband entspannte und sah das Schleifen und die Schmutzbeschichtung. Dünn Staub war auf der Luftretur im Badezimmer vorhanden. Eine gerechte Menge an Moll/Mildew war auch auf den Badewänden sichtbar. Es gibt keine tägliche Hausaufbewahrung, was ist OK. Sie sollten eine zusätzliche Box von Geweben, ein paar Taschen und genug Kaffee für den gesamten Aufenthalt hinterlassen. Das Hotel ist kurz ausgestattet. Der Büropräsident triffte sich als Manager und Wartungsperson. Der Frühstückshersteller war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Parkplätze sind nicht gut beleuchtet. Bäume sind überwachsen und über die Parkplätze hängen. Es gibt einen Spray aus gebrochenem Glas auf dem Asfalt in einem Bereich – nie ein gutes Zeichen. Ich war für Geschäftsreisen und kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Ich werde nicht mehr hier bleiben. Es ist schwerer Bedarf an einer tiefen Reinigung. Die in einigen früheren Bewertungen erwähnte Umstrukturierung ist überhaupt nicht zu finden.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when visiting relatives in Florida. We booked it for a couple of days as we are moving our dad to nursing care on Cape Coral. All we wanted was a good nights sleep in a clean room. This hotel has been updated so much since we were here before. My husband was laughing at how excited I was to see Dove Body Lotion in the bath room, just coming from the Bahamas, my skins was so dry…they have Kerigs for coffee and tea in the room, new carpeting, walls and ceilings newly painted and the beds are so comfy. Just what we need for this trip. There was some music playing next door, but we had a small balcony to sit on a have a cup of tea before bed and listen to the tunes, they stopped at 9, so not any issues with that at all. We have an early start tomorrow so glad they have breakfast in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. We stayed in room 320 today 3/30 and will stay on 3/31 and head home on Saturday.

We love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist nur 10 Minuten vom Strand und sehr nahe am Walmart oder Aldi falls man noch schnell was braucht. Das Zimmer, das Bett und das Badezimmer war frisch und sauber. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und sehr reichhaltig. Jeden Tag gab es frisches Obst zusätzlich hier Äpfel oder Bananen zum mitnehmen. Die Auswahl an Frühstück reicht von Pancakes, bagels, Muffins, biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs either omelets, scrambled or boiled, fresh cinnamon rolls, joghurt, kurz mehr als genug. Mein Fazit zu diesem Hotel: ich bin froh es gefunden zu haben und komme gerne wieder.

Ich bin kürzlich hier für Geschäftstätigkeit geblieben und muss Ihnen sagen, dass meine große Erfahrung hier erwähnt wert ist. Mein Job schickt mich überall in den Staaten und ich habe an allen Arten von Orten geblieben. Glauben Sie mir, wenn ich Ihnen sage, dass dieser Ort bei meinen drei besten Erfahrungen ist. Das Eigentum war sehr sauber und sie schenken viel Aufmerksamkeit zu Details. Sehr großartig Parkplatz immer verfügbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich muss Natalia Padilla erwähnen, um oberhalb und überhalb zu gehen, um meinen Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen.
