TTraveling TanWir genossen unseren Aufenthalt im Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in der Nähe von Neapel. Das Frühstücksbuffet und fantastische Einrichtungen haben unsere Erfahrung wirklich verbessert. Die Resortgebühr von $82, jedoch, hat uns beim checkout aus der Wache gefangen. It would be great if Trip.com could incorporate this fee into the initial booking to prevent any last-minute surprises. Despite this, we’d be willing to revisit the hotel in the future. GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel many times and get great service. Very clean comfortable rooms! Breakfast is good with scrambled eggs and sausage, cereals, waffles, pastries. The only complaint I would have is they now have a Pet Fee whereas they use to be the only hotel that didn't charge for pets. I don't mind paying $100 a stay, but we were charged $25/day per pet, which adds up if your staying 7 days.

Sent this to management after our visit So we stayed at your resort and well Got to say we will never be back. We arrived late so we decide to eat at the on site restaurant and for $12 received a whopping 4 coconut shrimp that’s 3$ a piece and they were no better than what I get out of a box at the store and about the same size so we laughed that off. Then came the main course well let’s say for the price it certainly was a disappointment then my plate the onions were not caramelized as advertised and there was no bacon on my burger. By the time I received carmalized onions and bacon we were done eating so well eh if this was dennys or Perkins or something I guess it would be acceptable but at the price point is just wrong. Next day we hit the beach and all was well decide to hit the pool and the tiki bar well I ordered a mojito and a strawberry dacquari have plenty of both at plenty of places and well neither had any rum or barely anything at all or maybe watered down bottle ?? Don’t know but once again at 15$ a drink should probably atleast taste like rum these were virgin. Note*** I paid for these with my card well get to this below. So the misses goes to the bar and ask that it be made correctly. Look if she has to flag me over there it’s not good so I get over there and the bartender is saying we disrespected him by asking about the virgin dacquiri to be made correctly. Melvin melvon something like that was his name. He was looking at my misses like he was going to slap her all crazy in the eyes, at this point I’m interjecting and he fails to even acknowledge that I’m there continues to stare aggressively almost snarling. So anyways he starts to pour the entire bottle of rum into her cup with an attitude of a 12yr old. Offensively doing so actually ruined the drink with too much rum even after she told him to stop. We expected it remade not have a bottle dumped into it while spewing foam at the mouth like a rabid dog. After she talked to someone else whom I presume is a team leader or manager didn’t get the guys name. Melvon left the bar area staring at me and her with daggers of death. I personally found it funny as well let’s just say I don’t intimidate easily and I handle people like him all day long but it was disrespectful with such behavior being asked to remake a drink isn’t the end of the world. But point being the guy has no business interacting with any customers Being in corporate Management well I would flat out fire him. So here’s the real kicker from above in regards to how I paid for my drinks goto check out didn’t even look at the checkout receipt. Anyways I get home putting it all together figure what I spent for the weekend and look at this I was charged a drink to my room where as I paid for them with my card. So melvon decided to charge my room an additional 13.50 for the rum he so rudely poured all over the place. Check those cameras guys and talk to the younger guy and this other manager team leader because

GGuest UserDie Lage ist perfekt, es ist sehr nah an Bell Tower, Dave & Busters und viele gute Restaurants. Und es ist auch nur 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel sauber. Ich habe jedoch ein wenig Haar auf dem Toilette gefunden, muss ich eine Desinfektionsreinigung verwenden, um es selbst zu reinigen.
Darüber hinaus ist das Fitnesscenter groß genug und der Schwimmbad ist auch schön.

GGastnutzerWe love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

Hurricane-damaged and tired, but the renovations continue. The historical mineral springs and buildings are history but the adjacent ”Tiki Bar” is really hopping at night. Management is renovating the motel building, leaving the grounds/sidewalks covered in parts/junk, several tradesmen sleep nearby in their cars, but the motel room interiors are in excellent condition. Basic breakfast selections in a once-proud restaurant.

GGuest UserDas Personal hier war das Beste, was dieses Hotel zu bieten hat. Das ist wirklich das einzig Positive, was ich über meinen Aufenthalt dort zu sagen habe.
Der Shuttle fährt erst um 10.30 Uhr. Als ich gegen 11 ankam, hatten sie kein Zimmer, also ging ich zum Pool, um zu sitzen und zu warten. Der Poolbereich war in Ordnung, aber die Möbel sind ziemlich abgenutzt.
Ich ging nach einer Weile wieder hinein und hörte, wie sich eine Person nach der anderen über schmutzige Zimmer, Gerüche und laute Geräusche in der Nacht beschwerte. Es wurde deutlich, dass es sich hier nicht nur um ein Flughafenhotel, sondern auch um eine mietgünstige Wohnsituation für wenige Menschen handelt.
Das Personal an der Rezeption bekam schließlich ein Zimmer für mich gereinigt, damit ich früh einchecken konnte. Mein Zimmer war definitiv nicht das, was ich aufgrund der Fotos erwartet hatte. Die Farbe war abgeplatzt, die Dusche war nicht sauber und hatte Schimmel an allen Nähten. Das Zimmer roch muffig. Die Kissen hatten die Größe von Wurfkissen, die Sie auf Ihr Sofa legen würden. Sehr bizarr.
Mir ist klar, dass es billig ist und in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt, sodass man kein erstklassiges Erlebnis erwarten kann und ich gehe nicht mit diesen Erwartungen ein. Ich würde jedoch nicht mehr dort übernachten.
