I am writing to express my continued disappointment regarding the lack of response to our recent inquiries. We stayed at your hotel on October 26th, 2024, paying €305 for what was supposed to be a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by numerous issues, particularly with the food and beverage service, most notably the unsatisfactory breakfast. We provided detailed feedback via your online survey, and on November 4th, we received a response via email from Emilano acknowledging the issues and promising us a complimentary dinner for our next visit as a gesture of goodwill. We were assured that we could contact him directly when planning our next stay. In December, we emailed Emilano about staying in early February, taking advantage of the January sales event, but received no reply. After following up and copying in the General Manager on January 4th, we still have not heard back. This lack of communication and failure to follow through on promises has left us feeling bitterly disappointed. Given the price we paid for our original stay and the reputation of your hotel, this lack of customer service is simply unacceptable. At this point, we have decided that we will not be returning.
