Perhaps it was because we came in winter, but this hotel did not live up to previous reviews. It was very much a mixed bag across the board. I've rounded down the stars as I'd give this 2.5 if I could, as it's definitely not a 3 star place currently. The Good - Comfy bed, nice linen - Comfort in the room in general - Cleanliness - Eco friendly large bottles of good quality soap shampoo etc - Location for leaving the city for day trips The average - General location - this will be off-putting for some people as it's in housing estates (and not affluent ones), it's about a 16min walk to the tram station, and very narrow roads driving in making it hard to get to (cars parked all along the sides) - Road noise - constant but only an issue if you open the window which we needed to as the room was very warm and air con wasn't cold, tho not surprising as it's winter (I expect it wasn't turned on) - Parking - in a caged/ gated section, wouldn't like to be here at a peak time as it was almost full the two nights we stayed The bad - Breakfast - very disappointing, not much choice at all, no effort put into it, no hot foods. Photos online definitely don't represent what's on offer at least at this time. - In room TV - while a nice TV, no movie channel and no way to connect an external device or log into any of your own services - WiFi - did not work the entire time we were there (this was not the individual hotel's fault but that of IHG and really for such a huge chain inexcusable) - Staff morale - while everyone was friendly, no one did more than was expected to the point that when asking about finding a particular regional dish in the city, we were told ”I have no idea, just ring some of the restaurants” Bordeaux is a lovely city, as is the region as a whole. I can't recommend this hotel unless you need to be in that area particularly or are only passing through for a night. I've stayed in Holiday Inns before and while cosmetically this is one of the newest/ nicest, it left a bitter taste in the mouth. We've been staying in lots of hotels in France so far, and this has been the worst experience, for example the following night at a very old and cheap chain hotel in Biarritz next to the airport, we had an incredible breakfast, zero noise with the window open, and wonderful and helpful service (despite France losing the final).

Das Hotel liegt auf der anderen Seite des Flusses in der Stadt und ist daher nicht allzu weit entfernt. Aber der Preis ist sehr vernünftig und das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, geeignet für günstiges Reisen. Das Hotel liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer entspricht dem Novotel-Standard und ist gut, besonders hervor zu heben ist das Bett mit einer sehr hochwertigen Matratze. Entgegen anderer Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen dass die Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt ist, bei unserem Aufenthalt war sie immer besetzt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist wie in Frankreich üblich etwas spartanisch, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Dies ist mein zweiter Besuch. Erstens liegt es gegenüber dem Bahnhof Bordeaux Saint-Jean. Gute Mobilität. Direkt vor dem Bahnhof Bordeaux verkehren zwei Züge (rosa-lila). Es war auch schön, das zu nutzen. Wenn Sie zum Wassergarten gehen möchten, können Sie den Bus direkt vor dem Bahnhof nehmen und am Buheuks Square aussteigen. Dort ist alles. Ich kam gegen 11:30 Uhr morgens an und fragte, ob ich mein Gepäck abstellen dürfe. Ich habe es ihm sofort gegeben. Auch der Innenraum ist schlicht und sauber. Es gibt auch keinen Lärm. Ich fragte, ob ich nach dem Auschecken mein Gepäck mitnehmen dürfe, und ich nahm es gerne an. Ich habe vier Mitarbeiter gesehen und sie waren alle freundlich. Es ist ein Ort, den Sie 24 Stunden am Tag besuchen können. Ich kam um 18:30 Uhr mit Asiana Airlines am Flughafen Char de Gaulle an. Wenn ich in Bordeaux ankäme, wäre es 23 Uhr, also übernachtete ich in einem Hotel vor dem Flughafen und fuhr am nächsten Morgen früh nach Bordeaux, aber es bestand überhaupt keine Notwendigkeit. Ibitz.Gut. Bei meinem ersten Besuch war es im 4. Stock. Es war etwas umständlich, die Steckdose anzuschließen, da sie direkt vor dem Badezimmer lag, aber beim zweiten Mal war es im 7. Stock. Direkt neben dem Bett befand sich eine Steckdose. Ich habe beide Male gefrühstückt. Die Arbeiter hier waren alle freundlich, sodass meine Vorliebe für Ibitz zunahm. Ich habe Ibitz gefunden, auch nachdem ich nach Malseyu gekommen war.

🚗 Verkehr: Der Verkehr ist sehr bequem, Hotels in der Nähe der Leichtbahn und der Busbahnhof, ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Schritte zu Fuß. 🧹 Gesundheit: Die Gesundheit ist gut. 🍃 Umwelt: Die Umgebung ist normalerweise geschlossen, aber das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, es gibt zwei Betten, die sich verstärken. 🔔 Service: Frühstücksservice, aber bei Ihrem Aufenthalt ist eine zusätzliche Steuer von etwa Euro 5.4 erforderlich

der aufenthalt an sich war o.k. die abreise ein fiasko. wir hatten einen flug für 3 tage gebucht und unseren pkw auf dem hotelparkplatz abgestellt. dort wollten wir ihn über die reisedauer auch belassen. bei vorangegangenen aufenthalten war dies nie ein problem. auch eine freundin hatte noch vor wenigen tagen die auskunft erhalten, dass sie ihr fahrzeug selbstverständlich dort stehen lassen könne. entsprechend groß war unser entsetzen als ein hotelmitarbeiter bis zum auto gefolgt ist und uns aufgefordert hat, dass fahrzeug unverzüglich zu entfernen. auch der hinweis auf das risiko, dass wir damit den flug eventuell verpassen und das angebot für die nutzung zu zahlen halfen nicht. er drohte das abschleppen an !! es sei erwähnt, dass der parkplatz wie meist nur zur hälfte belegt war.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft ist die Aufnahme angenehm und gut dekoriert, ohne etwas zu verlangen, man informiert uns über eine Klassifizierung, schöne Überraschung. , magnifique chambre. Sehr schnell wird man entschüttelt, ein unhaltbares Geruch im Zimmer( Pickt die Augen und den Hals), ein Techniker kommt ohne Lösung zu sehen, Wir wechseln Zimmer. So lautet der Raum, kleiner, mehr Kaffee, mehr Überrang... extra bed at 15€ with impossible to sleep in (bed bars) compulsory to put the matlas on the ground... Keine Informationen über den Raum sein Spa und Fitness, die man entdecken wird auf einem Panel, das aussteht. Kurz eine enttäuschende Aufenthalt für den Preis .

Das Aparthotel hat eine super Lage, man hat alles fußläufig in Reichweite. Oder Bus und Bahn quasi vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und modern ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist perfekt, eine kleine aber qualitativ sehr gute Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder bzw. nutzen diese Kette in anderen Städten.

Très bon séjour à Enight. Nous étions 4 dans un studio qui malgré tout était spacieux et fonctionnel. Tout est en parfait état, très propre et neuf. De plus, le parking est fermé donc la voiture est en sécurité, et elle peut rester au parking car l’arrêt de bus est à côté pour rejoindre le centre de Bordeaux. Un Intermarché est à 2 minutes à pied donc tout est sous la main, emplacement parfait et calme. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.
