The experience from the time of being picked up at the airport to being returned, was like a step back in time to the era when customer service was fully attentive to "your" needs and actually exceed any expectations. We were treated so respectfully and like royalty. An experience of one that will forever be remembered, thank you SKYLOFT Team. Should you be blessed to experience "The Mansion" near the atrium, this too was experienced with exceptional service.

We loved everything about it and please try to eat at the mansion. The staff was amazing as well as the room. Nice views and a personal elevator. You can’t ask for much else

The MGM Skylofts are worth staying in on vacation. The room, food and service are worth it. I shall stay there again.

We always stay at Wynn suites but decided to give skylofts a try. Very disappointed, we were emailed a reply saying breakfast at the mansion would not be an issue, just needed to know how many guest, after we check in they tell they couldn’t get us in, we had a portable AC in our room , a 5 star does not have portable AC units & it was still hot in the room , room was outdated, tv & control system was terrible … headed back to Wynn next trip

The Skylofts are simply amazing. From the check in, to the spacious accommodations, to the butlers, and concierge assistance…there is nothing better! I would not stay anywhere else!
