Check in was very easy and quick. We had an issues with our toilet right away as jt did not flush. Maintenance workers were quick to reply and arrived at the room. However the toilet needed a replacement part and needed authorization from the owner to replace. So we had no working toilet. Because I booked through trip.com the hotel said there was nothing they could do as far as moving rooms. So we were stuck in a room without a working toilet! I contacted trip.com immediately and was back and forth on the phone with them from checkin at 3:00 pm -my last verbal call at 11:00pm that night I was informed there would be a resolution by the next morning at 11:00am…….I have now stayed the 2 nights and checked out and still have not received a call back. We had to go to the lobby and use the restroom for our entire stay. Extremely disappointed with this experience and visit. Please be aware if you are booking any type of “private owner” type of room ie: timeshare, suites, studio
