Outstanding location, right next to the beach. Amazing customer service. The rooms are large enough and very clean. Would definitely recommend at the cost

Cheap and cheerful budget hotel. Pillows are a little strange. Thin sheets (good for the hot climate). Beds not the most comfortable but not the worst. No AC just a fan that’s a bit tired. And the view from the frosted window is a bit depressing. Tv is just Spanish tv. Staff are very friendly and most speak good English. Good for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend for more than a few nights. Didn’t try the breakfast (reasonably priced) and the bar is only open for that. There are other bars nearby open till small hours though. Fairly safe area but not the prettiest. A 1 min walk to either beach and lots of restaurants. No water produced in the rooms or fridges.

Verbrachte hier im November 2022 zehn Tage. Großzügiges Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße und kleinem Balkon. Durch den Verkehr etwas laut, aber nicht so schlimm. Kostenloser Safe. Das Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe. Ich habe nicht im Restaurant gegessen, da die Auswahl an Restaurants im Umkreis von 100 Schritten um das Hotel groß ist. Strand mit vielen Restaurants im Umkreis von 200 Metern. Sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Sehr zentral zur Altstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar und alles in der Wohnung. WLAN gut. Würde es empfehlen, werde wiederkommen.

Hotel pujol is a two stars hotel for a reason. Small bathtub instead of shower cubicle. No kitchnette, coffee machine or water boiler in room. Nevertheless we loved the hotel. Location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, street food and cafes. Bus stops and bus station nearby, with good connections. Location is nearby Las Canteras mid section. We had upper floor room with a balcony over the corner. We drank our morning coffee outside. Yes, we had small coffee maker with us. Balcony is really a big bonus and I recommend to choose a room with a balcony. There is a modest sun deck on the rooftop. We asked keycard from reception and there was no extra charge. Staff was super friendly and cleaning was done every day. Allthough this is a two stars hotel, it was one of our most pleasant experiences. We loved Las Palmas and this hotel.

Location, location, and good value and friendly staff makes this hotel. Stayed here this year and last, and the location is great. In the morning I walk about 30 secs from the hotel straight onto the beach for a morning jog and then have a lovely coffee and croissant, at the Granier cafe which is also close by. It totally makes my morning. It is a 10 min walk from the bus station, which is good for cheaply getting from the airport, and for buses travelling to all sorts of places . It's very close to a range of shops and the centre of the new town. The decor on the hotel is typical of many Spanish and Portuguese hotels, and I think it is fine. I found the bed comfortable and the room very clean. I like it's postion near the calmer sunnier part of the beach, the sun seems to longer longer this end. For the location it could be much more expensive, but it does have some noise issues, which make the competitive prices seem a fair compromise. The cafe is typical of eateries for the locals, and other Spanish locationsbwhere locals eat, not a beach front restaurant, and with a menu 3 course meal and drnk for under 11 euros, I can't complain. I tried it twice and it was fine. If u want good value in a great location this would be a good option.

Perfect location Just few steps from lascanteras beach , proactive and supportive staff, room was clean and functional. Bar with friendly atmosphere and tasty breakfast offer. I stayed there 2 times for a total of 2 weeks , I will come back for sure ! Very canary’s feelings in the hotel , because managed by family . 🤗

The first and foremost aspect for this hotel is the location, city centre and 70 yards to the Las Canteras beach, as well as close to the new Las Palmas city centre. This being during the pandemic, less lively in the hotel, but it is possible to have your breakfast in the hotel, and also read local papers. Otherwise, hotel quiet, even on a Saturday night. Rooms are taken care of every day, and towels supplied when needed. Our beds were good too!

Me quedé en el hotel Pujol durante 4 días. La ubicación es ideal, en la playa de Las Canteras. El servicio 10/10 tanto limpieza como recepcionistas o camareros, muy amables, dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesitas. Hay buenísima relación calidad-precio. El desayuno estaba delicioso, variado 👏 No tenía aire acondicionado, no obstante, no nos hizo falta ya que había un ventilador grande que ventilaba toda la habitación. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel 🏨

Trato familiar, limpieza y situacion inmejorable. Servicios por encima del precio. Pequeño bar restaurante muy bien atendido. Para quien busca en Las Palmas alojamiento y desayuno solamente, una de las mejores opciones que hemos tenido. Y realmente a un precio muy muy interesante.

La primera vez que me pasa en un hotel. Casualmente coincido con un amigo en las Palmas, y se ofrece a llevarme al hotel desde el aeropuerto. Lo invito a subir a mi habitación para charlar ya que hace tiempo que no nos vemos y tenemos mucho de que hablar ,y me llaman de recepción diciendo que tiene que registrarse mi amigo y que si pasa de 5 minutos en la habitación tengo que abonar 10 euros, Mi amigo baja a registrarse, da su nombre y le dicen allí, que como mi reserva es a través de una agencia, que tengo que pagar 26 euros por haber subido a mi habitación de visita. Ya no son 10 euros, son 26 !! Incomprensible la política de éste hotel. Me he sentido humillado por la manera de tratar a mi amigo con el que solo tenía ganas de charlar después de tanto tiempo sin vernos mientras deshacía el equipaje. Es la primera vez que vengo a éste hotel y la última por la poca consideración con respecto a los clientes. Con unas normas que desconoces cuando te alojas. Cuando hemos salido, la recepcionista me ha llamado la atención y ha insistido en el cobro de esa cantidad,no ha sido suficiente tener que darle sus datos como si se tratase de un delincuente, por haberlo invitado yo a subir a mi habitación. No ha podido ser más desagradable la entrada en éste hotel. He estado en muchos a o.largo de mi vida y jamás me ha pasado algo así. La entrada ha sido tan decepcionante, que no pienso volver más a éste hotel. Adrmás no dispone de aire acondicionado, y lo suplen con un ventilador ruidoso con el que no puedes dormir.

Fuimos un fin de semana y encontramos en este hotel la opción más económica ya que por los alrededores estaba bastante caro en estas fechas y leídos todos los comentarios nos decantamos por éste y nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. El hotel tiene sus añitos y se nota pero todo estaba bien, baño bien y cama bien también, es cierto que es muy ruidoso y se oye bastante el ruido de la calle pero con las ventanas cerradas para nosotros no fue nada molesto (en verano con el calor si que es inviable al no haber aire acondicionado) El personal tanto de recepción como la cafeteria genial, nos ayudaron en todo y la ubicación es magnifica. Aparcar en la calle por la zona es extremadamente dificil y hay algún parking cerca pero caro, nosotros aparcamos en el parking "Sanapú" situado al lado del poema de mar que son 10/15 min caminando por una pasarela que te deja en el mismo aparcamiento y es super barato los fines de semana, lo dejamos casi un dia entero (22h)y nos costó 2,50€, entre semana es un poco más caro pero bastante más económico que los que hay en el centro, merece la pena caminar un poco. Como "pega" la Tv en ésta habitación no está enfrente de la cama sino en un lateral y alejado, hay otras habitaciones que si las tiene. En definitiva repetiremos por ubicación, precio, instalaciones (sin lujos) y trato del personal.
