Wow,was fuer ein Service fuer ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out lief alles perfekt. Superfreundliches Personal wie es sonst in Zypern kaum zu finden ist. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist bemueht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie moeglich zu gestalten. Ganz besonders moechte ich hier Hristina vom Front Desk hervorheben und mich natuerlich auch bei allen anderen Mitarbeitern nochmal herzlich bedanken ! Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls wurderbar ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt eine Sauna und Dampfbad ,alles nagelneu und man kann den Bereich sogar privat nutzen ( sogar abschliessbar ). Ich hatte mit HP ueber FTI Touristik gebucht ( sehr guenstig! ) .dass Fruehstueck ist als Bueffet, Abendessen a la Cart mit grosser Auswahl und sehr lecker. Leider sind die Bewertungungen auf der Buchungsseite von FTI noch nicht upgedatet, sind immer noch vom alten Larco Hotel das eine Bruchbude war! Also nicht irritieren lassen , denn jetzt steht dass BW Larco komplett neu da. Ich werde dass Hotel jetzt jedesmal nutzen wenn ich in Larnaca bin

Wir waren am Ende unserer zweiwöchigen Zypernreise nach Larnaca gekommen, um hier noch einmal den Urlaub ausklingen zu lassen. Hotel ist gut, auch ist das Frühstück überaus empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Lage des Hotels etwas außerhalb, weshalb wir mindestens 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gebraucht haben, bzw. auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen waren. Die Bushaltestelle für Line 425 ist fussläufig drei Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Als Radisson Reward Gold Status Member habe ich mich sehr über das Upgrade in die Suite gefreut, sowie den Gutschein für zwei nicht-alkoholische Getränke, die wir am Pool eingelöst haben (Radisson Mocktail).

Ich war sehr froh, dort zu bleiben. Ich kann nicht ein schlechtes Wort über das Hotel sagen. Sehr nett Personal, schöner Ort, schöner Pool, gute Preise in der Bar für Erfrischung, gemütliches Außenbereich zum Essen. Wenn jemand wie ich Katzen mag, dann wäre das perfekt für sie, da es lokale Pflege katten in der Nähe in einem grünen Bereich gibt, der Ratten und Bugs weghält.

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

I got the chance to stay at this hotel because of my cousin, who recommended it to me. He mentioned that if I wanted a hotel with an indoor pool, this was the best choice, as it's a quiet place with no noise disturbances. The best thing he told me was that there's a kids' pool as well, which is really good for my children—they loved it. Everything was perfect: the decorations, the food, the rooms—all were very impressive. The hotel also has very good parking space. We went to the nearest beach, which was just a 5-6 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to enjoy a pool with sunshine in an amazing environment. I really appreciate everything.

Das neugebaute Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer haben alle Wasserkocher, Nespresso Maschine und Kühlschrank. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Zu erwähnen ist das tolle Frühstücksbuffet, sehr umfangreich mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Abendessen als Buffet auch sehr lecker. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt mit bequemen Liegestühlen. Dieses war der dritte Urlaub im Lordos Beach Hotel in Larnaca. Und es war der schönste. Wir hatten das freundlichsten und zuvorkommendsten Service welchen man nur bekommen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die gesamte Anlage wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Die Poolanlage jeden Morgen gründlichst gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbufett ist reichhaltig und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Das gesamte Personal ist kinderfreundlich und ungemein aufmerksam. Den Küchenchef Loucas, haben wir jeden Tag mehrfach im Frühstücksbereich und Restaurant gesehen. Er sprach mit den Gästen und informierte sich über deren Meinung. Uns hat er ein außergewöhnliches 6 Gänge Menu über roten Feuerfisch (re Lion Fish) serviert, nachdem wir uns erkundigten wo man diesen besonderen Fisch essen kann. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Große Lage in einem ruhigen, ruhigen Dorf ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus von Larnaca. Kurz zum Strand zu Fuß. Das Frühstück im Mittelmeer und im Westen und das Restaurant sind über den ganzen Tag und den Abend verfügbar. Das Hotel wurde in eine Gartensuite aufgebaut, so dass Sie nicht sicher, wie die Haupthotelzimmer sind. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich Nur die Frage war meine Buchung war für eine Person, aber das Frühstück für zwei enthalten. Versuchte, diese durch Trip.com und das Hotel zu ändern, aber beide Parteien setzte die Verantwortung auf die andere und das Problem wurde nicht gelöst
