4days with family and kids Pros: - literally beside the airport. But for what? We love island vibes near the sea right? - big entrance and reception tt looks bright and cosy. Very welcoming - gd response to request on their online platform. Rcv the water and towel and slippers req within 30mins - rm is large and spacious like the lobby, reception and bfast restaurant - staff were friendly and welcoming Cons: - bfast buffet was bad. Gd effort to hv a variety bt everythg didnt taste gd - had dinner in the restaurant and it was SUPER slow when thrs no other patrons and fd was bad - lizard in the rm even tho this ‘resort’ is not by the beach - the rm flooring was disgusting. Idk if they even mop the tiles bt it looks dirty even if you mop it. Rec to pls CHANGE the rm flooring - the rm was well maintained bt the tiles destroyed everything abt the experience. Disgusting

Very nice stay very friendly staff, the breakfast had a ton of items and very wide variety and everything was very good. The pool and the kiddie pool were very nice too. So close to the airport! Free parking. The beds were very comfortable. We got a family suite and it was very large and more than enough for our family of 6! Thank you Jasmin manager!

Right next to the airport so very convenient but if you want to be at the beach front then hire a car which we did or stay at another hotel. Car hire was cheap, easy and allowed us to explore the island. Breakfast was good for Asian food my wife loved it but western breakfast was not good. So if you want western don’t have breakfast here. Room service was quick. Satay was hard but pizza was great so reverse of breakfast. Some mould on the shower but otherwise rooms clean. Pool was great with plenty of beds and parasols but the call buttons on each table have no effect. Very laid back service so if you’re rushing for anything then be prepared. Staff were very friendly, didn’t see any management around. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and some small recognition would have been nice but they just checked us in, got the key, same at check out. No “did you enjoy your stay” just thanks and that was it. So nothing to have a major complaint about and nothing to rave about. We’ll try another hotel next time…..a warm farewell would probably have made us stay again but really didn’t feel like our business was wanted.

Very large spacious rooms. I stayed one night prior to a trip to Koh Lipe and one night on my return. In my second visit I was upgraded to the executive suite which was an amazing bonus. There is an international space theme running throughout the hotel and the pictures on the bedroom wall matched those themes. Very convenient for the airport as it is walking distance from the hotel. Surprisingly beautiful my so close you could not hear any aircraft.

Langkawi is hidden gem in Malaysia, never goes wrong for short break. Moreover the newly renovated hotel Wings by Croske resort is perfect for couples looking for quiet place and this hotel sound proof is amazing. Breakfast was good so as snacks at pool side. Will come again.

Nice hotel and value for money considering the people service, pool and sun bed. We decided to book a boat for 4 of ourselves instead of shared boat for mangrove boat trip and its amazing. We stayed 3 nights and went for Koh Lipe for 2 nights, and we stayed again in Wings because of its convenience. Highly recommended for free and easy relax in Langkawi and Koh Lipe.

It's a nice and cozy hotel Some issues.... Lizards in the room Irregular in pick up from Airport Most important--- they strongly recommend and encourage to book local sightseeing through a Private company called... Andaman Secrets... which charges more than double of normal tickets of adventures and sightseeing STRONGLY recommended to AVOID

We are currently staying at the Wings Resort and it has just been amazing! We've extended our stay 3 times because we enjoyed the nice atmosphere, the friendly staff, the amazing breakfast and the refreshing pool so much. The rooms are spacious and clean and you can enjoy live music (Maria and Nara are great entertainment) or a game of pool or foosball in the lobby, or have a drink by the outside bar in the evening. The breakfast offers a huge variety of food, think of fresh fruit, pancakes, different kinds of eggs, noodles, croissants, bread and more. It's at walking distance from the airport which is very convenient (and you barely notice it) and still quite close to Chenang beach and other points of interest. The staff makes you feel right at home and they always have a smile on their face. Thanks to Jack, Aashish, Sujan, the Pool Boys, the door men, the recptionists and the ladies from the Travel Desk we had an amazing stay. We highly recommend and would definitely come back! 😊

Everything was good except some minor improvement, would be perfect. Price is value for money especially for 4 of us. We checkin late and went dinner at Cenang beach. Room is spacious and breakfast has a lot of varieties. We stayed 3 nights and went island hoping. Everyone had a great time.
