On the occasion of going to Phu Quoc at the end of last year, I stayed at Juliet's Boutique Hotel for 3 days. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and approachable. Hotel inspired by the old Juliet's house in southern Italy My room has a view of the sea and the Cầu Hôn bridge, the meaning of this bridge is Kiss Bridge or Propose, this is a play on Vietnamese words. Besides, you can also watch the fireworks right at the balcony of the room every night. At sunset, sitting in front of the hotel with a bottle of beer and a few friends is really relaxing The weather is great with rest, the local cuisine is amazing. If you come to Phu Quoc, I recommend you to experience at this wonderful house

We arrived at the Sheraton mid-July for a six-night stay. The staff promptly took our luggage and had us check in. They asked for our credit card but the English was very weak so we barely understood and eventually worked out with a lot of gesturing with three staff members that it was for damage deposit. This was confusing because we had already been in Vietnam for two weeks and no other high-end hotels, including the ones higher end than Sheraton had asked for damage deposit before. After check-in they asked which ones were our luggages. They took our luggages when we got out of the taxi. We had to look around ourselves and found our luggages in a corner. This is the first hotel in Vietnam that didn't have a tagging system for luggages. The following is a list of things that would normally be expected of an international chain resort hotel but we didn't get them: - No explanation about the resort. - No printed map of the sprawling complex. - No hotel policy and information book in the room like most hotels. - No wifi was mentioned and then when we looked in the room there was a card saying we had to be members of Marriott Bonvoy to get wifi but when we tried to join using our own data on the phone it proved way too involved and we weren't able to get wifi. (This was very disappointing considering the hotel was isolated and it was 30 minutes by taxi to town). - No mention of breakfast hours. - No explanation about restaurants or where they were. - No explanation about water in a place where tap water isn't safe to drink. - No explanation about what's around or how to get to town. We had to find the map and restaurant information ourselves on their website. The online map was inaccurate and showed breakfast at a different location. The map was low resolution and was not user friendly. We shouldn't have had to spend two hours on our own finding out how an expensive resort worked after checking The hotel was touted as new but it certainly wasn't. The shower hose was rusted and leaking, the door jamb had plaster chipping off it, and the hallways smelled strongly of mold and obviously the management knew because they had ozone generators and fans running in the hallways. The dinner at the hotel was terrible. It was the only restaurant around for kilometres so we had to go there and sure enough, the prices for their captive customers were exorbitant for Vietnam. The buffet was 950,000VND and most a la carte entrées cost 280,000VND and upwards, so we were basically paying higher-end Canadian prices for dinner. The food was was not entirely offensive but nothing like what we thought we ordered and certainly not what we were used to at those prices. The bulgogi was some repurposed braised meat from the buffet, definitely not grilled and definitely lacking the spices associated with real Korean bulgogi. The kimchi was the cheapest supermarket variety that tasted like vinegar. The nasi lemak kampung just had a lot of fish paste and dried shrimp

Ein Charme vom ersten Moment an, eine herrliche Naturseite, Zimmer im Mini-Bungalow-Stil. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Betten sind bequem und geräumig. Das Duschbad ist funktionell, Handtücher und Hygieneutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird auf Wunsch gereinigt. Es gibt ein Schwimmbecken, dessen eine Seite für die Kleinsten geeignet ist und dessen andere Seite bis zu 1,80 m tief ist. Es gibt Liegestühle zum Liegen in der Sonne. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, eine kleine Auswahl, aber ausreichend. Es gibt auch eine Bar, in der nur alkoholfreie Getränke, aber nur frische Fruchtsäfte und Limonade serviert werden. Was die Umgebung außerhalb des Hotels betrifft, gibt es das Meer weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, mit einer Bar, wirklich schön, die ich bei Sonnenuntergang empfehle, herrliche Kulisse für gelungene Fotos. In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Restaurants mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.❤️

Unsere Gruppe von 10 kam in diesem ruhigen kleinen Resort und fühlte sich schnell wie ein Teil der Familie. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel mit großartigen Aussichten, Klimaanlage und super komfortable Betten! Sie sind kein Strand, sondern ein erbautes Sandgebiet mit Gras für Wälder, Schritte, die in schlanke Kristall klares Wasser führen. Dieses Gebiet ist perfekt für Snorkeln, Kajak und Meeresschwimmen. Das Resort verfügt über einen schönen Pool umgeben von den kleinen Bungalow-Zimmern und nur wenige Fuß vom Restaurant mit offenem Luftraum. Das Restaurant ist frisch zu bestellen und kann etwas länger dauern, aber mit der entspannten Geschwindigkeit des Resorts fühlte sich das nie als ein Problem. Der Korallenreif vor dem Resort ist schön und man kann Stunden mit der Erforschung von hellfarbenen Fischen, Krabben, Octopus und anderen Meeresschätzen verbringen. Bei der Straße sind Märkte und Orte, um Mopeds zu vermieten, um das Gebiet zu erkunden. Resort ist ca. 20 Minuten von Vinpearl Resort entfernt. Wir alle lieben unseren Aufenthalt in Hula Hula. Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter nehmen auf jeden Einzelfall Ihres Aufenthalts aufmerksam und wir können nicht warten, bis Sie zurückkehren!

Covid hat dem Hotel keine Gnade erwiesen. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sehen veraltet aus, werden aber von der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Sonnenuntergänge und den komfortablen Zimmern überwältigt! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Da in der Nähe Bauarbeiten stattfinden, ist es rund um das Hotel schmutzig.

During my recent extended stay of 5 nights at Regent Resort and Village Phu Quoc, I had the privilege of immersing myself deeply in the overall experience. The warm and gracious hospitality of the staff left a lasting and positive impression on me. Regent Resort and Village Phu Quoc offers a superb dining experience within its premise, from Oku restaurant to the diverse and flavorful options at the Rice Market, Ocean Club and Fu Bar, the quality of the food and service consistently exceeded expectations. The resort's dining establishments truly merit special commendation. They not only exude aesthetic charm but also provide a dining experience that is both unique and delightful, featuring a delightful array of dishes and service of impeccable quality. It's crucial to applaud GM, who comes from India, for consistently displaying unwavering professionalism, always ready to attentively address any concerns. The buddy car service was efficient and convenient, making my stay even more enjoyable by ensuring seamless travel within the resort. Yet, it's with a touch of regret that I must acknowledge a single drawback—the condition of the beach at the resort fell short of expectations. Regrettably, this detracted from the opportunity to partake in seaside activities and bask in the full glory of Phu Quoc Island's natural beauty. I remain hopeful that Regent will continue to evolve, ensuring a top-tier experience for its esteemed guests. I eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return as soon as possible~

Großer Ort! Die Gäste sind freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll. Sowohl Zimmer- als auch Gartendesign, macht Sie sich eine Art hipster Strandhaus vibe fühlen. Wirklich genossen die Musik, die sie spielen. Gute Frühstück. Es ist ein perfektes Spiel, wenn Sie einen gemütlichen Ort ein wenig von all diesem Buzz suchen und wenn Sie sich nicht gefällt, geteilte Badezimmer. Es ist rund 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Es ist jedoch nicht weit, insgesamt würde ich definitiv The Fish empfehlen und würde dort wieder bleiben.

Wir genossen uns zwei Tage unseres Aufenthalts im JW marriot Hotel. Die Lebensmittelqualität war perfekt, vor allem die breite Sorte von Lebensmitteln wurden am Frühstück serviert. Die wichtigste ist über vintage-Stil-Hotelzimmer, die Sie so angenehm fühlen. Strand ist erstaunlich, Hotelgäste haben einfachen Zugang zum privaten Strand und genießen sicher Wassersport und Sonnenbad. Das Hotelpersonal behandelt so willkommen und professionell. Besonders danke an Mr.Varun und Frau Alice.

非常平，八十幾蚊港紙一間房一晚，設施新淨。夜更店員英文不太好，但會盡力用Google translate同客溝通，而且笑容滿面。房主主力做旅行社，所以可代買門票，而且價錢平過自己去官網買。唱錢也是跟大銀行即日rate，會比機場好。有小游泳池，非常乾淨。椰林樹影，隔音良好，環境幽靜。房間闊落，設施新淨。電視有youtube、Netflix。最鍾意兩隻熱情狗狗，有家的感覺。旁邊就有超市，收十點，非常方便。機場去只需9分鐘。去夜市約十分鐘車程，grab約80k越南盾, 約25蚊港幣。去北面vinwonder約50分鐘車程，grab約350k，約120蚊。去纜車約半小時，250k, 約80蚊。步行距離有餐廳、越肉河、豬扒飯。步行或兩三分鐘車程到海灘。
