Das amerikanische Frühstück, die Zimmer sind gut, die Einrichtungen werden im Allgemeinen ohne Parkplatz bewertet, es gibt keinen Parkplatz, es gibt keinen Parkplatz, es kann nicht einmal parken, das Gepäck zuerst abzuladen, es dauert mindestens 5 Minuten, bis zum speziellen Parkplatz zum Parken, und es kostet $28 pro Tag!

Das ist ein ziemlich anständiges Hotel. Es ist viel besser als das Hilton Garden Inn, das wir vorher unter der Straße geblieben haben. Wir reservierten ursprünglich ein Studio mit 2 Queen-Bett, aber wurde auf eine 2 bedroom/2 Badezimmer Suite upgradiert. Meine Kinder waren übertrieben aufgeregt, weil sie ihr eigenes Zimmer, TV und Badezimmer. Mein Mann schätzte das private Bad und Ecke Aussicht mit vielen Fenstern. Es war Sehr geräumig. Unser Zimmer war als King Bed aufgelistet, aber es schien mehr als eine Königin. Die Kissen und Matratzen waren nicht sehr komfortabel, was enttäuschend war. Die Badezimmer waren sauber. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön, aber ein bisschen Staub. Die Küche/Lebensräume waren nicht so sauber. Die Sofa wurde aufgepillt und hatte blonde Haare auf sie. Die Küchenschränke, Backofen, Tisch, Stühle und Kühlschrank hatten Schmuck und Fingerabdrücke auf ihnen, die ich ein wenig grob fand. Obwohl es eine volle Küche gab, gab es keine Reinigungsmittel von einer kleinen Rolle billiger Papiertücher. Kein Geschirrspülmittel. Kein Desinfektionsspray. Glücklich, wir brauchten nicht wirklich die Küche zu verwenden. Zu einem Punkt verwendeten wir 2 Backofen und eine Kehle, so habe ich den Vordertafel für ein paar Detergenzien gerufen und sie brachten mir Waschbecken, die wir nicht verwendeten. Ich habe Clorox Wischspüler bei der CVS in der Straße gekauft, um zu reinigen und die Kehle verlassen und die Forsen im Sockel gespült, um zu waschen. Trotz dieser Mängel werden wir wahrscheinlich hier wieder bleiben. Wir werden einfach besser vorbereitet. Wir haben uns zu unseren Reisezielen geparkt und gelaufen, was sehr einfach war, da das Hotel direkt auf Forbes Ave liegt.

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal ist nett. Der Preis ist etwas hoch. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund des NCAA Turniers, aber egal, wenn Sie gehen, ist es immer ziemlich hoch für dieses Kaliberzimmer. Frühstücksangebot ist nett. Zimmer geräuchert, wie es vorher von einem Raucher besetzt war. Das ist etwas, das ich meiner Meinung nach nicht zu erkennen sein sollte. Die teilweise leere Flasche Lotion ein wenig unerwartete beim Ankunft.

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why? We called the front desk to find out what happene

Alles war großartig. Schönes Zimmer. Badewanne hatte etwas Schicht um sie herum, aber andere als das Zimmer war großartig.

we were hear three nites as part of a road trip - the hotel was very nice - close enough to pittsburgh to see things there but far enough away to be quiet & safe & save a little money (less expensive/free parking) .... clean - no worries there --- breakfast was half & half but i don't expect much from chain breakfasts (always seemed to be out of what i was looking for - but not the worst) --- my only issue and others have raised it in other reviews is lack of seating - one chair - we made it work - but not very comfy if you're staying in on a rainy night - i guess i should have paid for the suite, but still for $200+ a night a second chair would've been nice - room was good for a short stay or one person for longer - but for an extended stay i'd recommend going for the suite so it's not so claustrophobic

Room was comfortable and clean. Location convenient to airport and reason why I booked the night. Close proximity to restaurants. Wyndham reward member and used my points to stay for free. I have been staying in hotels since Aug 1 traveled from St Pete Beach FL with stops throughout GA, TN, KY, IN and PA. Enjoyed this hotel the most as compared to Red Roof, Days Inn and Super 8- they all add up and can't stay at the Hilton for a travel job for nursing when I'm all over. Would recommend and definitely stay again!!

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück bei 4am war besonders schön der Kaffee. Shuttleservice rechtzeitig zum Flughafen. Es ist wert, hier die Nacht zu bleiben, wenn Sie einen frühen Morgenflug haben, nimmt den Stress aus dem Fahren auf 3am
