GGastnutzerOur stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.

AAnonymer BenutzerEin von John Portman entworfenes Hotel, in dem Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts berühmte Architektur erleben können. Günstig, das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und der Preis ist hoch. Der Transport ist bequem und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten oder selbst fahren, ist das Parken im Hotel für 55 Dollar nicht rentabel, aber es gibt viele andere Parkplätze in der Nähe und es finden auch Straßenfeste statt, sodass Sie beruhigt in der Nähe parken können.
Der Zimmerservice des Hotels ist durchschnittlich. Die Inder, die ans Telefon gingen, waren sehr gleichgültig.
Darüber hinaus kam es in der Zwischenzeit zu einigen kleineren Zwischenfällen, und die geplante Zeit kann überhaupt nicht geändert werden. Allerdings ist die Serviceeinstellung von Ctrip sehr gut und das Auflösungsergebnis recht zufriedenstellend.

LLorena CSchöne Hotel-Ferienwohnung, über dem Bahnhof Civic Center mit Untergrundparkplatz. Sehr guter Service vom Front Desk Personal. Ein schöner Raum mit Farbbereich im Lobby, Restaurant sind Vorläufer der Wohnung: volles Küchenzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, zwei Fernseher, Balkon und Schlafzimmer, eine Art klassischer Marriott-Stil. Aber anders als Marriott gab es keine Handtücher, Badewanne, Slips oder Toiletten, außer Seife und Dusche.
Die Restaurantstunden auf dem Schlüssel sind falsch. Das Restaurant schließt um 930pm, obwohl der Vordertisch nur gesagt hat, die Küche schließt um 945pm. Jedoch führte die Mischung nach oben zu keinem unserer Interaktionen mit dem rezidierenden Restaurants Personal für den Zimmerservice. Das Restaurant nimmt auch eine tägliche Siesta, obwohl der Schlüssel nur Wochenende sagt. Die 12 lassen nicht Door Dash in die Wohnung kommen, nur die Lobby. Allerdings werden 12 Mitarbeiter, wenn jemand verfügbar ist, geliefert; sonst müssen Sie in die Lobby gehen.
Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

SSinlenmezLocation is very good. The hotel has a pivate parking for 25 USD/ day, so you don't need to worry about where to park. There are many restaurants and cafés around, also Marshall's, Five Under are in the neighborhood if you like shopping. There is also Publix Market just in 2 mins by walking. The breakfast is good enough to start a day. And the people are always helpful and kind. The room is quite comfortable. There is a microwave, a little fridge and a coffe-maker inside the room. The only missing for us was the safe. There was no safe inside the room. Also the housekeeping is done once in two days, but if you ask in the morning they change the sheets and towels regardless the day.
We stayed here with 2 little buddy loved a lot. If we visit Atlanta one day again, I definitely check this place.

GGastnutzerThe only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.

Erst am Anfang, als wir dieses Hotel reserviert, sagte es, das Frühstück ist enthalten, während wir check in. Ich sah ein Zeichen sagen, dass Sie für das Frühstück zahlen müssen und es ist 9 Dollar pro Platte. 😡so Ich fragte den Kerl, der uns anmeldete. Warum müssen wir 9 Dollar für das Frühstück zahlen, er sagte, es ist nicht in meiner Reservierung. Das war falsch,. Also sagte er, wir müssen Ihg anrufen, um sie darüber zu informieren, und ich sagte NEIN, Sie rufen nicht, weil das Ihr Hotel nicht meint. Jedenfalls habe ich nie in einem Urlaub Inn IHG geblieben und musste für das Frühstück zahlen (NEVER).. Die gute Nachricht ist, wir haben gut geschlafen.. Zimmer war sauber.

Llittle ACG酒店位置稍微有點偏，周邊好多地方沒有開發。基本週圍沒什麼餐廳。去水族館，可口可樂還算近，叫Uber大概10分鐘內到達。走路的話就要20分了。但是性價比高，房間也蠻大的。

Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

EemanI recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in.
However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours.
Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it.
Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit.
Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.
