GGastnutzerI stayed in CitizenM with my wife and one of my friend from May 15-22 for a conference at Moscone Center. The location is quite strategic; not only is it walkable to the Moscone Center from here, but also it is walkable to several places you should go to in San Francisco, such as Union Square, starting point for the renowned cable car, SF MOMA, and Yerba Buena Garden. There are also several public transportation accessible nearby, such as BART, Metro, Muni buses, streetcars, and cable cars, so it is very strategic for sightseeing around San Francisco.
The facilities offered by the hotel are quite complete for my needs. The room is neat, albeit not so vast, and quite high tech, since there is an Ipad in the room that acts as the command control to the room, so you can control the TV, the curtain, the lamp, even when you want your room to be cleaned from that Ipad. There is also a gym that is open 24 hours with several devices and a water station. Its co-working space is also neatly designed and very comfy.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, dubbed canteenM. It provides breakfast, and there are also several foods and beverages that can be ordered. Other than that, the hotel staff are very helpful. They told us that we can ask for water in the canteen and they will provide it. Sometimes we also asked them for help with providing hot water for us making instant noodles, and they helped us. They also showed us a microwave that can be used.
If there is one thing that can be improved; since we stayed for quite a long time, we noticed that the breakfast options, although still quite various, are quite similar from day to day; scrambled egg, chicken sausage (oh it's so delicious it is to die for!), bagel, toast, pastries, salad station, cheese, and smoked salmon. There is also bacon, ham, and salami in the option (obviously I cannot eat it). Oh, there are some beverages also, like coffee, tea, and juice. You can order some of the coffee (try ice mocha with half and half and additional chocolate, if I may recommend). One thing that may be different is one day they served roasted tomatoes, another day they served roasted potatoes. There is also some variety in the pastries, but that's it. If I may suggest, maybe you can add one or two options of foods that reflect the diversity of San Francisco, like maybe some Latino foods on one day, Chinese food on another, or Italian, Filipino, Vietnamese, or others. This kind of additional variety may spice up our breakfast options, especially for someone staying for quite a long time like us. Overall, a very nice experience at CitizenM San Francisco. Keep up the good job!

Ort:
Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut. Obwohl die Gegend nachts ruhig ist, gibt es viele Orte, um während des Tages zu besuchen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr zentraler, nicht weit von Chinatown, nur einen 15-minute Spaziergang entfernt.
Sicherheit:
Die Sicherheit im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist sehr sicher und sie lassen nicht nur niemanden rein.
Kreditkartenpolitik:
Ein großer Nachteil, der nicht direkt mit dem Hotel selbst zusammenhängt, ist die strenge Kreditkartenpolitik. Obwohl ich alles online bezahlt habe, die Vorlage einer Kreditkarte bei der Eincheckung ist obligatorisch. Ohne sie könnten Sie außerhalb schlafen. Zusätzlich gibt es bei der Abreise eine unerwartete obligatorische Staatssteuer auf Ihre Karte, die Sie nicht im Voraus informiert werden. Dies ist eine obligatorische Steuer für den Staat Kalifornien.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer war angemessen. Es hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank, aber nichts für die Bürste. Ich weiß nicht, ob es typisch für amerikanische Hotels ist, aber ich finde Duschen ohne Handduschen ungünstig. Das Bett war komfortabel. Ich habe einige Zweifel an der Reinigkeit des dicken Teppichs, obwohl es sauber erschien. Anstatt Gärten, gibt es Blinde auf den Fenstern, die ich enttäuschend fand.
Frühstück:
Ich war enttäuscht, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wurde. Nur Kaffee wird morgens angeboten und Wein am Nachmittag, aber ehrlich gesagt, ich kümmere mich nicht um den Wein. Wir brauchen Essen. Ich musste 15 Minuten zu einem Sieben Eleven gehen, um etwas zu essen und zu trinken.
Wi-Fi:
Das Wi-Fi war ziemlich gut und funktionierte sehr gut.
Das Galleria Park Hotel hat insgesamt einige gute Punkte, aber es gibt mehrere Bereiche, in denen es verbessert werden könnte.

GGastnutzerVery expensive for a B&B. Nice spot in the Castro/ Mission district near Dolores Park. Well-maintained & reasonable management. Lots of stairs to go up into main house lobby — wrought iron gates with intercom to buzz to get entry into property. Try to get a room in the older main house to minimize stairs! No AC. They have limited parking spots behind the two B&B houses (access from Dorland St) for US$35./day plus tax which is a steep price. Make sure u book a parking spot in advance. Beautiful garden courtyard in the back. Sadly we never got to use it. Try to get a room that faces the other “house” or the backyard - quieter. We had a front room Deluxe King Room 36 which looked nothing like the sample room photos (only one Room 24 w courtyard view, sofa, coffee table). We got a smaller room approx 290sf vs what we paid for 32sq.m, 344sf, no closet just small armoire to hang a couple of things, no sofa, no coffee table, no balcony. They were kind enough to give us a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe King we booked & the Standard King we got. Had to ask for them to vacuum room. Found tissue under headboard/bed, dusty. Not the kind of room you would want to spend much time in —teeny tiny TV, faced front noisy street with electric bus passing by. No screens in windows so had to close windows at night to keep critters out. Bed was ok. Pillows were synthetic & lumpy. View was of electric lines & school across the street. Beware some electric outlets. One was burnt out. Breakfast was repetitive but nice to eat in a lovely breakfast room or outdoor deck. Hard-boiled eggs, muesli, fruit, muffins/ carbs, American coffee, juices. Fortunately SPRO café was next door if you need a great cappuccino or chai latté! EErbasOur stay at Nob Hill Hotel was unexpectedly great.
Although it’s a little far from Union Square, the walk was very tolerable. What really stood out was the free unlimited water and coffee available 24/7, which was a huge plus. The hotel also has a very unique lift and a charming, distinctive style that added character to our stay. Overall, a pleasant surprise and a comfortable experience.
We would also like to commend the helpfulness of Emmanuel, who assisted us during our stay. He is very kind and accommodating, and his warm service truly made our experience even better. We will definitely come back and even cancelled our other hotel booking so we can return again after our visit here in Hollywood.

GGastnutzerDieses Hotel verfügt über einen guten Kundenservice ganz durch. Es ist in einer hervorragenden Lage im Grunde ein Block von Fisherman’s Wharf. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig klein, das Badezimmer ist auch. Sie haben eine Vergeblichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers mit dem einzigen Badezimmerschalter, das ich für merkwürdig hielt. Ich habe ein ruhiges Zimmer beantragt und ich habe genau, dass so dass die Beggars nicht die Wähler sein können. Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel, besonders wenn Sie in der Stadt und da draußen sind.

XXiaoershangdasanAls ich über Ctrip ein Hotel buchte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die vorübergehende Preiserhöhung sehr hoch war, sodass ich nur eine neue Reservierung für 2 Tage vorgenommen habe. Es zeigt, dass es Frühstück gibt, aber tatsächlich gibt es keins. Wir gehen in das Restaurant daneben und es kostet mehr als 20 US-Dollar pro Portion. Später zogen wir in den Parc 55 Hilton nebenan. Die Umgebung und der Komfort waren überhaupt nicht gut.
Das einzig Gute ist, dass der Weg zur Ausstellung nicht weit ist und man zu Fuß dorthin gehen kann.

Llucia888Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist relativ ruhig. Gelegentlich hört man die Tür schließen, aber das ist kein großes Problem. Auch wenn die Stornierung erfolgreich war und es nur eine gültige Reservierung gab, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es zwei Reservierungen gab Ich habe eingecheckt. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager an der Rezeption war die Stornierung erfolgreich. Ich habe die Zusatzbestellungen damals nicht ganz verstanden. Die Rezeption teilte mir mit, dass in der Bestellung jeden Tag 30 US-Dollar enthalten sind, die im Restaurant ausgegeben werden können. Daher ist es gut, zwei Frühstücke für eine Person zu arrangieren. Für zwei Personen können 30 US-Dollar ausreichen Zusätzliche 30 US-Dollar werden von der Kaution abgezogen.

GGuest UserDie Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, am Union Square, zu Fuß zur Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, aber die Stadt San Francisco ist eine Menge Landstreicher, der Marihuana-Geschmack ist wirklich ekelhaft. Gesundheit des Hotels ist OK, obwohl der Preis nicht niedrig ist, aber nicht mit inländischen Preisstandards gemessen werden kann, ist der alte Aufzug auch etwas Besonderes.
