Guter Ort und gutes Hotel. Aber eine Sache kann viel Ant in meinem Zimmer sein während des Aufenthalts. Aber gute Sache ist, dass das Zimmer nach Ant genehmigt wird, um zu ändern.

Dies ist wohl das beste Hotel in Metro Manila! Hervorragende Lage im modernen Geschäftsviertel. Unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Essen und für Unterhaltung!

Lage & Ansicht: 💯 Sehr empfohlen. Lage und Ansicht sind hervorragend. Das heißt, der Ort ist sehr besetzt, so dass spät auschecken nicht angekommen ist was angesichts des konstanten Umsatzes verständlich ist. Mit Gästen, die in und aus kommen und einer vollen Einheit zu reinigen (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnbereich), ist es realistisch zu erwarten, dass es nicht immer priest sein kann. Ich habe diesen Ort zweimal gebucht, eine Woche apart, fast eine Woche jeden Tag. Ich bin ein bisschen sauber, also sogar in 4 –5 Stern-Hotels bring ich Desinfektionsmittel und Alkohol. Für Airbnbs vor allem fühle ich mich nicht bequem mit Handtüchern oder Bettwäsche, die wissen, wie manche Gäste unüberlegt sein können. Dieser Ort ist eine Kombination von Pros und Cons für mich. Ich liebe die Lage, den Raum und das Layout, aber während meines ersten Aufenthalts habe ich Zeichen bemerkt, dass die Bettwäsche möglicherweise gefärbt worden sind, anstatt vollständig geändert. Daher habe ich meine eigene Bettdecke und Blätter mitgebracht und habe den Komforter nicht verwendet. Für meine zweite Buchung habe ich mit dem sehr verantwortlichen Eigentümer kommuniziert und um Flexibilität bei der Eincheckung gebeten, so dass die Reinigung nicht rasch werden würde. Das machte einen großen Unterschied373.Die Einheit war bemerkenswert sauberer (auch die Couch wurde leer), was ich wirklich geschätzt habe. Ein Vorschlag: Die Aufnahme von Duschegarten oder die Aufrüstung der Duschetüren würde helfen, die Badezimmerböden trocken zu halten. Insgesamt liebe ich den Ort und würde es noch empfehlen, vor allem für die Lage und den Raum, aber die Reinigungsdetails sind für Gäste wie mich wirklich wichtig.

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Ein einfaches 3-Sterne-Hotel. Wenn Sie die Venice Mall in Taguig mögen, kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen, da es nur eine Minute davon entfernt liegt.

I had made the mistake of booking a property using Agoda, that was a disaster as they didn't endorse our stay nor respond to messages! I then found this place in Trip...and the situation went from disaster to glorious peace! Maggie was simply AWESOME 😎! I booked, was endorsed, checked in, and resting in the apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! The place is very comfy, with everything you may need, all in great condition. My only suggestion would be to spray insecticide a bit more frequently because we came across 2-3 small bugs around the kitchen area. Nothing dramatic, I honestly just can't think of anything else that could be improved. Massive thanks from us. I hope I can stay again soon!!!!

Wir reservierten diesen Ort für Komfort, aber die freundliche Kommunikation des Gastgebers endete als das, was am meisten herausgekommen war. Alles wurde reibungslos handhabt.
