Sehr sauberes großräumiges Hotel das sehr gut riecht mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Die Zimmer sind groß sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Etwas abgelegen in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Gerne wieder.

1. Hotel and room are clean but need attention on the inside of in-house refrigerator placed at the common area. 2. Bed are very comfortable but if can upgrade to King sized bed for double occupancy will be great. 3. Quad room is lack of racks/cabinet to place bag/luggages. 4. Reception staffs are very friendly and attentive. Service and request done at a swift speed.

My parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything felt new and well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

All are superb Parking are available ay the back of hotel with charge rm2.20/day. Room are tidy and clean. Near to attractive location. Just for the room of improvement, Can provide more amenities such as brush teeth travel set and tea/coffee 3 in 1. Can variety the towel set. Towel quite smelly when in wet and got alot of mosquitoes inside the room. Do know where it came from. I guess from the window.

Great budget hotel with excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed despite the affordable price. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. Love the location which is very central and close to Pasar Payang, KT Drawbridge & the City Centre. There's ample open air car park just beside the hotel. The room comes with breakfast which serves delicious local breakfast meals and convenient for business travellers before going to work. However, the hotel is quite old and need to upgrade the rooms especially. Anyway, the room is clean and beds are comfy. I come to Kuala Terengganu almost every month and I always choose this hotel for my stay.

I booked this hotel mainly because I was participating in a marathon. The room has no window and is quite small. However, the bathroom is relatively spacious and comes with a hairdryer and soap. The hot water is stable, and the water pressure is strong — taking a hot shower after a full marathon felt amazing. The bed is very comfortable, and we were able to sleep well. However, the soundproofing is not very good, which may affect rest. There are a few areas that could be improved. For example, more hangers would be helpful. The electric kettle in the room was leaking and caused a minor burn, so I had to go downstairs to get a replacement. Also, there is no mirror in the room except in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. It would be better if a full-length mirror could be installed behind the door. Overall, the hotel meets basic needs and is suitable for a short stay, but there is still room for improvement in the details. Nearby areas have 7 eleven and family mart . Parking are free

I recently stayed at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu for 2D1N during Hari Raya and booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially during the festive season. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay. Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.
