AAnonymer BenutzerI stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.

GGastnutzerThe Studio Suite did not match the photos shown online, and the overall condition of the unit felt poorly maintained, which made the experience very disappointing.
In the afternoon, the floor drain became clogged, causing water to back up and emit a strong, unpleasant odour that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of our stay. I informed the owner promptly, and maintenance attended to the issue. The problem was resolved, and I appreciate the quick response and assistance provided in this matter.
However, there were several other unresolved issues. The water heater was not functioning properly. The water was slightly warm at first, but quickly turned completely cold, resulting in all of us having to shower with cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable.
What made the situation worse was that the bathtub stopper was broken and had been removed and left aside without any repair or prior notice. We were unaware of this issue and placed it back during our shower, only to realise later that the bathtub could not drain properly.
The bed linens were visibly dirty and were not changed.
These issues were only discovered when we returned at night. As it was already very late, we did not feel comfortable disturbing the owner or maintenance again. Unfortunately, these accumulated problems had affected our overall stay and led to a very poor experience.
Overall, the room maintenance were far below acceptable standards, and this stay did not meet reasonable accommodation expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

AAlongaipaizhao性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員

GGastnutzerThe room was small but very good value for money — I paid just over 200 for three nights, which was quite affordable. Although the bathroom drainage was a bit slow and the water pressure was not very strong, it was still usable. Two of the four power sockets were not working, but there were enough for charging my devices. The room did not have a window and the lighting was slightly dim, which made it feel a little damp at times. However, the lack of a window also meant that the room was very quiet, with no noise from the street, allowing me to rest well. Overall, it was a budget-friendly stay that suited my needs.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Da Men Subang Jaya USJ by Iconique and had a very positive and comfortable experience. It's a great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a convenient base in the Subang Jaya area.
The location is a major plus. It's situated within the Da Men Mall complex, which is incredibly convenient. You have direct access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shops without even stepping outside. It's also very well-connected – just a short drive from the USJ Taipan food haven and a quick 5-10 minute Grab ride to the LRT station for easy access into Kuala Lumpur city center. The only minor point is that it can get a bit busy around the mall area, but the convenience far outweighs this.
The service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. All my interactions with the staff, both via messaging before arrival and at the front desk, were prompt and helpful. They were courteous and addressed my queries quickly.
The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The linens, towels, and bathroom were spotless. The living area and kitchenette were well-maintained and tidy. It felt fresh and comfortable, which is always a top priority for me.
The facilities are excellent for a serviced residence. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with a functional kitchenette, a comfortable working desk, and reliable high-speed WiFi. The building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are well-kept and add good value to the stay. Everything was in good working order.
I would happily recommend Da Men Subang Jaya USJ and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. It offers fantastic value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and great service for a very pleasant stay.
