AAnonymer BenutzerThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Zimmer waren sauber, aber die Lage kann etwas aus dem Weg sein, obwohl sie Shuttle-Service zum Mid Valley bieten. Umgeben ist ziemlich leer nur eine kleine Strecke von Geschäfthaus. Wenn Sie eine ruhige Nacht und Einkaufen in einem großen Geschäft am Tag mögen, ist es gut hier zu bleiben. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag ist die Dusche, Wasser fließt aus dem Tauchbereich und ganze Badezimmer Fußboden ist nass, nachdem Sie eine Dusche nehmen. Benötig ein paar Slips, um das WC nach dem Duschen zu benutzen, es sei denn, Sie haben keinen Sinn, auf einem nassen und kalten Toilettenboden zu steigen.

Room was not clean, toilet floor was wet. Toilet paper was not filled up, Water bidet was leaking when in use. Shower was close to the toilet. No space to move around.
Bed was comfortable but full of ants in the room. Tried to change rooms but was not possible, when i saw other room doors being opened and no in use.
Ants were all over the place! On the night stand, walls had cracks n ants, bed also got ants. floor also got ants. I cannot sleep at night so I had to go find a 24 hour place to relax for the night.

Pillow and bed mattress are firm but comfortable to sleep. Toilet comes with warm shower, bidet, and toiletries (soap and shampoo), as well as hair dryer. Bottled water provided, and water dispenser is available at the lobby. Rather quiet stay (still can hear a bit of traffic noise and corridor noise). Ease of self check-in and check-out (including placing and retrieving deposit). Overall, a pleasant, comfortable, and affordable stay.

However, the room was quite small, and cleanliness could be improved as the walls were dirty and there was hair on both the bed and the floor. On a positive note, the toilet was clean.
