The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

Spacious and clean room. However, there were some noises from the air con and no hand soap. Other than that, really enjoyed the room. Location is near eateries and parking is ample. Aeon Mall is nearby and i saw there are shuttle bus to mid valley (didnt use as we drive). Would love to come back again!

Sehr gut und sauber, Die Umgebung ist sehr komfortabel, aber die Sound-Isolierung ist nicht sehr gut. Die Reinigung ist ein wenig laut am Morgen. Alles andere ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele leckere Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Der Nachteil ist, dass der Raum sehr nass ist.

We always stay here everytime we see the doctor at regency hospital. Just take 5 minutes walking to hospital. The room is nice. Breakfast is good but need to improve the variety. For this time the towel and bedsheet need to change many times, coz it got many stains n looks yellowish. Please pay more attention to all utilities cleanliness. Overall is good, but can be improved to get the best. Next time we'll stay here again. Thank you

Das Hotel war sehr gut, der Kundenservice war großartig. Die Zimmer waren unbekannt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die einzigen negativen waren der Wasserdruck etwas niedrig und der Pool wurde mit den angrenzenden Wohneinheiten geteilt. Die Lage war ein wenig isoliert, aber wenn Sie es eine kurze Komutt nach Midvalley Southkey fahren. Gut im Allgemeinen.

Der beste Hotelrezeptor je mit einer freundlichen Persönlichkeit. Die Lage ist großartig mit vielen Mahlzeiten in der Nähe zu Fuß entfernt. Sie wird sicher wieder zurückkommen, um wieder zu bleiben. Das Eigentum hat auch eine kleine schöne Quelle im Vordergrund.

Hotel was clean, generally. We just needed a space to stay during ramadhan shopping. However, when we checked in, the window was open (possible for burglars to enter bc we were at ground floor), a bag of coffee was on the door handle and there was a literal spider when we saw the toiletries. However, i do think the hotel is worth a shot for a few days stay.

Gegrüßt von freundlichem Personal des Hotels. Hotellobby ist sehr groß und einfach, aber hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Kaffeemaschine, Platz zum sitzen, Verkaufsmaschine, Wasserdispenser. Wenn Sie Haartrockner benötigen, Holen Sie es vom Empfanger. Es gibt ein Billardtisch für Freizeit und sah ein paar Kinder spielen mit ihm. Lobby-Umgebung ist auch v treibend für Arbeit. Das Hotelzimmer verfügt über ein King-Size-Bett. Der Stil ist modern. Der Toilettenstil ist etwas anders, aber sauber und funktional. Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden, da es sehr nahe an großen Malls wie Aeon und Toppen ist. Es ist auch nahe an Austin zu bewegen.

The location is excellent. Near supermarket and restauranta. So convenient and close to everything I needed, The room was clean but its quite small. Friendly staff and you can do your self check in. So easy. Considering the very reasonable rate, this hotel offers great value for money.
