AAnonymer BenutzerThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

AAidaLizWe booked twin room and they ran out of the room we booked. Provided us with complimentary extra bed and bf for my teen girl.
Bf was tasty. Variety but hope they can bring back the live stations pre Covid!. Good coffee but teh tarik can be improved a little bland and diluted.
the Malaysian selection well done. Western options can be improved. Feta cheese is good but the nuts options and salad can be added with more variety.
Overall, service staff excellent. Respectful and welcoming to guests.

SserenalimxlOur 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

GGastnutzerDie Zimmer sind sehr sauber und breit, die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich strategisch (nahe an ein paar Malls), mit schönem Blick, großer Pool, es gibt sogar ein Fitnessraum im Inneren, Sicherheit ist wirklich gut.

GGastnutzerBuchen Sie sehr letzte Minute und fand dieses Hotel. Es war preiswert, Zimmer war so groß und sehr sauber zu meiner Überraschung. Möbel könnte alten, aber immer noch gut gepflegt sein. Haartrockner nicht, aber alle anderen Toiletten verfügbar. Wasserversorgung, was ich als Mineralwasser in dem Zimmer immer nicht genügt. Will wieder zum Hotel kommen, da das Personal wirklich hilfreich und freundlich war!

Hopefully can check everything ok before pass key to tourists as this is my 2nd time visit hope is not the last time.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist sehr nahe der Tebrau Autobahn, die sehr zugänglich ist für Mid Valley (South Key), Stadtgebiet, MT Austin, Autobahn nach Johor Premium Outlet. Es gibt auch ein koreanisches Restaurant direkt am Pool. Direkt neben Ponderosa Golf Course (großer Aufenthalt für Golfer). Einchecken und Auschecken ist auch sehr zugänglich und bequem. Jedoch denke ich, die Reinigung ist ein wenig armer. Boden waren Staub, wenn wir einreisen.
