Gute Lage mit direkter Anbindung an die Ipoh Parade. Einkaufszentrum, 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Safe im Zimmer. Gute Matratze und Kissen. Es gibt eine schöne Badewanne. Seltsamerweise gibt es im Badezimmer jedoch keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher abzulegen – unpraktisch. Ich mag den Infinity-Pool auf dem Dach mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Stadt und die fernen Hügel. Der Hotelparkplatz befindet sich auf Ebene 4, eine ziemliche Fahrt über die kreisförmige Rampe. Das Frühstück ist nicht überragend, aber akzeptabel.

Sauberkeit besser als in einem durchschnittlichen Budget-Hotel, könnte aber besser sein.

Ich hatte einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Es ist unglaublich schön, bestens gepflegt und vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment blitzsauber. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und sehr familienfreundlich, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Swimmingpool. Es gibt separate Becken für Erwachsene und Kinder, die beide sehr sauber und gepflegt waren. Meine Familie und ich haben dort viel Zeit verbracht – es war entspannend für die Erwachsenen und ein Riesenspaß für die Kinder. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles wirkte frisch und einladend, sodass wir uns wunderbar erholen und unsere gemeinsame Zeit genießen konnten. Am meisten überrascht hat mich der Preis. Er war sehr erschwinglich für diesen erstklassigen Service und die hervorragende Ausstattung. Der Aufenthalt mit meiner Familie hat sich absolut gelohnt – wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel – insbesondere das Bett und die Kissen sorgten für einen ausgezeichneten Schlaf. Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und jeder Kontakt mit dem Personal war herzlich und einladend. Die Lage ist hervorragend – in der Nähe von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber dennoch ruhig genug für erholsame Stunden. Es bietet die perfekte Balance aus Komfort und Bequemlichkeit. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem Ipoh-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Vom Restaurant im 12. Stock hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Mein Zimmer hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss. Diverse goodies und sogar Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Gratis Film schauen.  Einzig die Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarzimmern störte. Mein Nachbar über mir hörte lautstark einem indischen Spielfilm 📺 bis morgens nach 1 Uhry

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gepflegt und gemütlich!

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
