GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist geräumig, der Koffer lässt sich komplett aufklappen, die Badezimmerausstattung ist neu und im ersten Stock der Lobby gibt es eine Mikrowelle zum Heizen. Es wäre praktischer, wenn das Zimmer mehr Stühle und mikrowellengeeignete Essteller hätte.
Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Shuttlebus, der zum Bahnhof Shin-Urayasu, nach Disneyland und DisneySea fährt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, der Shuttle-Fahrer und das Hotelpersonal haben eine ausgezeichnete Serviceeinstellung. Ich werde es meinen Freunden empfehlen und möchte es auch Bleiben Sie wieder. Vielen Dank.

Vom Fenster aus können Sie die Landschaft rund um die Bucht von Tokio sehen. Bei gutem Wetter können Sie den Tokyo Skytree, die Spitze des Tokyo Tower und den schneebedeckten Gipfel des Fuji deutlich sehen.

LlymaThe hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney.
5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station.
Only complaints are:
1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time.
2) Hard bed
3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am
4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night
5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte.
Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

GG_VPErWählen Sie dieses Hotel, weil es sich im Tokio Disney Resort befindet, so dass es sehr bequem zu besuchen sowohl Tokyo Disneyland als auch DisneySea. Wir haben zwei Nächte geblieben und hatten eine tolle Erfahrung.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig der größte, in dem wir während unserer gesamten Reise nach Tokio geblieben waren. Die Innenräume waren auch beeindruckend. Sie lieferten Badsalze, Gesichtsmaske und sogar Wärmepatches, die nach einem langen Tag der Spaziergang rund um Disneyland oder DisneySea perfekt waren. Leider wurden diese Einrichtungen während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausgefüllt. Das Badezimmer war ein weiteres Highlight, fast wie ein privater Arsch, und es wurde vollständig von der Toilette getrennt, hinzugefügt zusätzliche Komfort und Komfort.
Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Innenhof, obwohl die Auswahl an Lebensmitteln recht begrenzt ist. Auf der hellen Seite gibt es einen kleinen Disney-Shop im Hotel, wo Sie Souvenirs ohne die üblichen Mengen in den Parks kaufen können.
Das Frühstück war gut und passte den Standard anderer Hotels in einer ähnlichen Preisspanne. Ich empfehle insbesondere die Desserts sie waren lecker.
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und würden uns in Erwägung ziehen, auf unserem nächsten Disney-Reise zurückzukehren.

GGastnutzerFamilienzimmer mit zwei großen Betten und einem kleinen Bett. Das Personal reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und stellte uns das spezielle Frühstücksrestaurant auf nette Weise vor. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof Maihama sowie kostenpflichtige Shuttlebusse zu den Flughäfen Narita und Haneda, für die Tickets online gekauft werden müssen. Am Abreisetag, als wir es eilig zum Flughafen hatten, hatte das Personal unser Gepäck bereits zum Shuttle-Treffpunkt gebracht und uns auf dem Weg dorthin begleitet, nachdem sie über Funk kommuniziert hatten – absolut top!
Das Hotel hat auch einen Disney-Geschenkeladen, was sehr praktisch ist, um Souvenirs zu kaufen und sie direkt in den Koffer zu packen, ohne sie herumtragen zu müssen.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich die Disney-Monorail-Station, die vier Haltestellen anfährt. Man kann mit Suica bezahlen, was sehr praktisch ist. Im Zug interagieren Mitarbeiter sogar mit Passagieren, die Stofftiere dabei haben.

EEduTI had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.
The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels.
The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs.
The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning.
Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice.

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.
