Professioneller, enthusiastischer Service, großartig. 3. Das Zimmer mit mehr als 50 Quadratmetern für ein Bett und zwei Mahlzeiten ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Aussicht großartig und das Abendessen war sehr aufmerksam. Ich habe viermal in heißen Quellen gebadet, fast alle davon waren reserviert. Schöne Landschaft 4. Ich mag die Burg Matsumoto. Die Verkäufer in der Stadt sind sehr begeistert. Als ich zuvor dort war, waren in Osaka, Tokio und Kyoto noch sehr wenige Menschen. Es kam mir so vor, als wären unsere Familie und ein paar Ausländer die einzigen auf der Straße. Es gibt viele Burgen Matsumoto, Yayoi Kusama, Boutiquen, Silberschmuckgeschäfte und Kunsthandwerksläden. Kommen Sie nächstes Mal wieder

Es war das beste Hotel, in dem ich während der zwei Wochen in Japan übernachtet habe. Es war einfach alles super schön! Vom geräumigen Zimmer bis zur Ausstattung des Hotels. Den besten Eindruck hinterließ bei mir das öffentliche Bad im Erdgeschoss. Nach einem langen Tag draußen ist das Bad WIRKLICH beruhigend und spült alle Müdigkeit weg. Obwohl das Hotel etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt war. Aber raten Sie mal, das Matsumoto-Schloss ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt! Wie praktisch!! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, egal ob ich in Matsumoto bin, ich liebe dieses Hotel wirklich! :) :)

Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist etwas veraltet, aber das wird durch das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und das Thermalbad wettgemacht. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber vor allem das Personal ist ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte ein Fahrrad dabei, das kaum in den Aufzug passte, und als ich auf meiner Etage ankam, waren die Damen von der Rezeption schon die Treppe hochgerannt, um mir aus dem Aufzug zu helfen. Wow! Toller Service. Ich kann gar nicht genug betonen, wie nett sie alle waren.

I was especially impressed by how impeccably clean everything was, including the public bathrooms and hot spring area. The staff cleaned up immediately after use, which made the whole environment feel fresh and cared for. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to hospitality and excellence, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary care shown by the hotel assistant Akemi during our stay. When we were unexpectedly stuck in the snow in a remote area, she walked alone to find us and kindly offered assistance to call for tow truck support. She then guided us safely back to the hotel, even though we had already checked out, and welcomed us with tea and biscuits to keep us warm while we waited. Her thoughtfulness and dedication went far beyond duty, and her kindness turned a stressful situation into a touching memory. Thank you sincerely for such genuine hospitality—it is something we will never forget.

房間有點像東京那種小房子，還是比較擠的！雙床房是上下鋪的雙床房，然後下邊的會大一點，上鋪會稍微窄一點，但是床鋪整體還是挺舒服的，睡得很安穩！早餐有免費的，從早上6點半開始，冬天跟夏天結束時間不一樣，以店內告示為準。但是這個價格性價比確實沒得説，衹是路過睡一晚還是推薦的😃也是自助check in然後房間門鎖密碼會打印在一張紙上，比較方便的還是。車站走過去大概也就5分鐘不到，還是很近的

Ein preisgünstiges Hotel am Rande der Stadt, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und dem Hauptviertel entfernt. Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Höflicher und effizienter Service. Saubere zimmer. Bequeme Betten.

Honestly, I can't praise this place enough. The owners are a really lovely couple; very welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are great - plenty of space and all the amenities you need for a short stay. The onsen is just the best - it's a private one that you can lock the door to and have to yourself for as long as you can cope with the hot water! But the *food* - wow! The food is absolutely fantastic and expertly cooked. Honestly, I've eaten in Michelin starred restaurants with food that wasn't as good as this. On top of that, at our first evening meal, we found that the message hadn't been relayed about my wife being a pescatarian. Anywhere else that might have been a problem, but within twenty-five minutes an entire new fish meal had been prepared and served - and was absolutely amazing. We were SO impressed. Also, what a truly beautiful location. Oh yes, and they have *monkeys*!! They wandered past the property in the evening and wandered back the next morning. I'm trying to name anything negative and I honestly can't - the closest thing I can think of is that the property is hard to locate and you definitely need a car to get there, but if you can get there, do - it was one of two equal-best places we've stayed at in Japan.
