GGastnutzer1. Ausgewählt unter den 100 besten Thermalquellen-Hotels in Japan 2. Ich war mehr als zehn Mal in Japan und habe in Hotels übernachtet, deren Preise zwischen 1.000 und 3.000 lagen. Dieses Hotel ist mit Abstand das zufriedenstellendste. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels lächelt immer und verbeugt sich herzlich, wenn es vor Ihnen hergeht. Professioneller, enthusiastischer Service, großartig. 3. Das Zimmer mit mehr als 50 Quadratmetern für ein Bett und zwei Mahlzeiten ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Aussicht großartig und das Abendessen war sehr aufmerksam. Ich habe viermal in heißen Quellen gebadet, fast alle davon waren reserviert. Schöne Landschaft 4. Ich mag die Burg Matsumoto. Die Verkäufer in der Stadt sind sehr begeistert. Als ich zuvor dort war, waren in Osaka, Tokio und Kyoto noch sehr wenige Menschen. Es kam mir so vor, als wären unsere Familie und ein paar Ausländer die einzigen auf der Straße. Es gibt viele Burgen Matsumoto, Yayoi Kusama, Boutiquen, Silberschmuckgeschäfte und Kunsthandwerksläden. Kommen Sie nächstes Mal wieder

AAnonymer BenutzerEs war das beste Hotel, in dem ich während der zwei Wochen in Japan übernachtet habe. Es war einfach alles super schön! Vom geräumigen Zimmer bis zur Ausstattung des Hotels. Den besten Eindruck hinterließ bei mir das öffentliche Bad im Erdgeschoss. Nach einem langen Tag draußen ist das Bad WIRKLICH beruhigend und spült alle Müdigkeit weg. Obwohl das Hotel etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt war. Aber raten Sie mal, das Matsumoto-Schloss ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt! Wie praktisch!! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, egal ob ich in Matsumoto bin, ich liebe dieses Hotel wirklich! :) :)

The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and thoughtful touches that create a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail—from the comfortable rooms to the delicious dining options—was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. I was especially impressed by how impeccably clean everything was, including the public bathrooms and hot spring area. The staff cleaned up immediately after use, which made the whole environment feel fresh and cared for. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to hospitality and excellence, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary care shown by the hotel assistant Akemi during our stay. When we were unexpectedly stuck in the snow in a remote area, she walked alone to find us and kindly offered assistance to call for tow truck support. She then guided us safely back to the hotel, even though we had already checked out, and welcomed us with tea and biscuits to keep us warm while we waited. Her thoughtfulness and dedication went far beyond duty, and her kindness turned a stressful situation into a touching memory. Thank you sincerely for such genuine hospitality—it is something we will never forget.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel hat einen seltsamen Geruch im Aufzug und im Lobby, wenn Sie das Gebäude eintraten. Zimmerweise ist ok. Personal sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. sie bieten Getränke einschließlich alkoholischen Getränken bis 8pm jede Nacht. Hotel Frühstück ist frisch und gut.
Die Lage ist gut, da es nahe der JR-Station ist und der Preis ist vernünftig.
Das Hotel muss den Geruch im Gebäude verbessern. Leute, die sich budgetbewusst sind, können diese Wahl treffen.

GGastnutzerHonestly, I can't praise this place enough.
The owners are a really lovely couple; very welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are great - plenty of space and all the amenities you need for a short stay. The onsen is just the best - it's a private one that you can lock the door to and have to yourself for as long as you can cope with the hot water!
But the *food* - wow! The food is absolutely fantastic and expertly cooked. Honestly, I've eaten in Michelin starred restaurants with food that wasn't as good as this. On top of that, at our first evening meal, we found that the message hadn't been relayed about my wife being a pescatarian. Anywhere else that might have been a problem, but within twenty-five minutes an entire new fish meal had been prepared and served - and was absolutely amazing. We were SO impressed.
Also, what a truly beautiful location. Oh yes, and they have *monkeys*!! They wandered past the property in the evening and wandered back the next morning.
I'm trying to name anything negative and I honestly can't - the closest thing I can think of is that the property is hard to locate and you definitely need a car to get there, but if you can get there, do - it was one of two equal-best places we've stayed at in Japan.
