Review of Winds Desert Camp Overall a good stay in the camp run by hard working folks. Location - About 32km from Jaisalmer (JSM) without any camps nearby. Quiet and relaxing. The google maps location is accurate. Taxis will charge around 1500kms for a one way drop or offer to do a round trip for 2500, which will include a side trip to a deserted town of Kuldhara (skippable). The camp itself is not close by to the dunes but on a sandy patch. The dunes are some distance away. Plan your arrival to between 3-4pm. Before that - nothing much to do; and probably too hot as well (depending on the time of the year). Spend your time in JSM instead. Food - it was quite tasty. They accommodated our vegan food request with a smile. They also have many vegetarian choices as well. Range was quite fine - as you would expect in a desert camp. They might whip you up some custom food if you have specific food requirements. The entertainment (Rajasthani music and dance) and in the evening was also quite good and relaxing under open skies. They also serve alcohol (basic choices), and finger foods during the show. The one wrinkle was the tent itself - the one initially assigned to us - 101 was very smelly. They managed to find an alternate - 122, which a bit older, worked out ok. The sheets in the first tent were also stained. So pls inspect and ask for any changes - which they will accommodate with a smile. The AC cooled down the tent within 10mins on an October evening. They also take you out on a desert safari - a car ride for about 6kms and then go not the camels for a 10min walk onto the dunes where you will spend about about 30mins watching the sunset. This was an amazing experience and the highlight of the trip. Service - Mr Bana and his staff do a good job on this front. Good team! All in all a good experience.

Oasis resort -Aaahhh that was awesome exeperience in resorts and believe me or not i had visited the whole thar desert area up to border but this resorts was unique to have heritage experience and all was superbb here the, rooms, hospitality, staff and all were fabulous for all kinds of people , kinds of u are getting in all aspects soft, hard drinks with great performance. All superbb!!♥️

The rooms are very beautiful and the Rajasthani decor gives a royal feeling. The biggest attraction is their plunge bath. The Hotel is located between Jaisalmer and Sam desert which is very advantageous to all the tourists. I really had a great time with my family and will surely plan to stay at this Resort whenever I drive through Jaisalmer

Jamin was very welcoming and accomodating in my trip to Jaisalmer. The accomodation is very comfortable and he organised an excellent overnight camel safari in the desert, lead by Danil. He took me to the fort and he played an active role in many of the places I visited throughout Jaisalmer.

Manbha Camps ist das beste Resort, das ich jemals gewesen bin. Ab seiner Lage haben sie die beste Lage, da die Sanddünen gerade hinter dem Camp liegen. Darüber hinaus ist das Essen und die Vielfalt der Gerichte in Abendessen / Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Die Jeep Safari / Kamelfahrt sind die beste Becoz ihrer Lage. Die Zelte sind so gut gepflegt, dass es das Gefühl geben wird, als ob man in einer 5-Sterne-Eigenschaft verbleibt. Darüber hinaus ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist es die beste Camping-Erfahrung, die ich je hatte.

Had an amazing experience of staying in a Desert camp.The Jeep safari arranged for us was simply exhilarating followed by a great evening of Rajasthan folk music/dance.Food was as good as home food.Simple yet very tasty.The Sunrise Camel ride into the sand dunes was something we will cherish for a long time.Our host Hakim Khan made us feel at home with his personal touch and made sure all our requirements are taken care of.I strongly recommend a stay at this place if you like to savor new experiences”

Last monsoon i have visited sheesh mehal desert camp and great facility that have been provided by sheesh mehal desert camp safari and nice night show that have been provided by hotel management for party , and a great traveling experience with sheesh mehal desert camp, Thank You

I been here last week for my hold to jaisalmer to jodhpur , I found it's so beautiful from outside and when we checked in it was awsome. Rooms are so good, bathroom are spacious and clean. And when we had dinner at its restaurant i was stunned food was amazingly tasty and well present in hygiene and nice way must recommended place and owner him self attend us Mr. Vinod is a good host hope we will visit to this place again soon to try there veg patiyala.

Es ist ein angenehmer Ort. Das Lager war sauber und der Manager war offen, zusätzliche Anfragen zu begegnen. Danke, mm t für den guten Preis angeboten. Überprüfen Sie jedoch die Kosten und Dauer von zusätzlichen Aktivitäten wie Jeep Safari und Kamelfahrt, die vom Resort gebucht werden, da sie den Preis während der Verhandlungen verringern könnten, aber die Fahrzeit wird entsprechend angepasst. Die servierte Nahrung ist auch gut. Die Eigenschaften sind linear und haben weniger zentralen Platz.
