Helpful friendly staff at reception Good location. The bathroom in my room had an unpleasant odour, smell, possibly the pipes from the toilets, was clean but the smell was very unpleasant. Bathroom needs ripping out & updating & new pipes for toilet. Not good for light sleepers like myself - can hear drunks outside & people outside at night. The train going past on the bridge is a lil noisy & the guests in other room made noise. Comfy bed & nice sized room & view. Hard working housekeepers who do an EXCELLENT job 💫💫💫 Good value for money.

Very firendly & professional staff throughout. Informative & provided detailed advice on the local area. Room was very clean, practical & has all that you would require for a city stopover. Hotel is located just across the road from the train station & at the foot of town. Near many many restaurants, bars, activities etc. Woukd highly recommend for those looking for an ideal location for singles/couples & family adventures.

Kleines Zimmer, aber komfortable. Keine Gummikante am unteren Rand des Duschescreens in unserem Badezimmer, was bedeutet, dass der Boden bei der Verwendung geschwungen ist.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Newcastle Central Station Minuten von der Kathedrale, dem Schloss, dem Zentrum der Stadt in der Nähe des Monuments. Der Eingang des Hotels hat eine verschwundene Größe, die nicht erschreckend, bequemer getragen. Das Zimmer war freundlich mit Bad und Dusche. Das WLAN war ein wenig temperamental, aber es funktioniert gut. Ein Plus für mich war der Pool und Spa im Hotel. Nichts besser als ein Schwimmbad zum Beginn des Tages. Ausgezeichnete Lage und gutes Hotel.

Es ist eine recht geräumige Schlafgelegenheit mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett im Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

We had booked a junior suite. On arrival we were greeted warmly and efficiently checked in. We were given our key and told we were in room 118. We were told that we had to go up one floor in the lift and then backdown the stairs as our room was in between floors. It was the only room at that level. Had I have known that I wouldn’t have booked it as I was travelling with my mum who is post surgery with a new hip, and stairs and luggage were a bit of a challenge. Anyway, once inside our suite was perfect. It consisted of a living/dining/kitchen room with a sofa, TV and pretty much a full kitchen, I.e Hob, fridge with an ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom was made to feel a little small as the bed was absolutely huge, it also had a TV in there too. The bathroom was quite standard but spotlessly clean. The only gripe I had was there was only one electric heater and that was in the bedroom, so if you were cold I had to go into the bedroom. Would I stay there again…..yes but perhaps in a room that didn’t need to climb stairs.

Das Zimmer war erstaunlich, sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch die Lage ist wirklich sehr bequem, in der Nähe von Bars, Cafés, Geschäften und Restaurants, alles, was Sie beantragen könnten, eigentlich. Und das Personal war wirklich nett! Ich würde 100% empfehlen, hier zu bleiben!

The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was completely ineffective and did not cool the space at all. Although the room was equipped with a small fan, it was nowhere near sufficient for two people, especially during a heatwave. The bathroom extractor fan was also not working, which meant that after taking a shower, the room became even hotter and more humid. As the window could not be opened, there was no way to get fresh air or any ventilation. We ended up spending a very uncomfortable and restless night due to the excessive heat. The hotel’s location is not particularly central, but it is reasonably close to the city centre. One positive aspect is that it offers free parking and breakfast, which is definitely appreciated. Overall, if the air conditioning were properly repaired, I would be happy to consider staying here again in the future.

Ich habe das für meine Großmutter und ich gebucht, um eine Begegnung in Newcastle bei 1.30pm und auch ein Konzert am Abend im Arena teilzunehmen. Der Empfangsmitglied hat uns vor der Eincheckung um 3 Uhr sehr gut gestatten, im Hotelpark zu parken, so dass wir nicht später das Auto vom U-Bahnhof zu verschieben brauchen. Das war ein großer Help- danke. Wir haben nach unserem Termin angemeldet und unseren Schlüssel für Zimmer 23 gegeben. Es war schön und gemütlich mit der Heizung auf und extrem sauber. Ich habe gekämpft, den kalten Tap vollständig im Badezimmer zu löschen, aber mein Großmutter hat es sortiert ...Vielleicht braucht ein Profi etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Nachdem wir uns verändert hatten, gingen wir zurück in die Stadt auf der U-Bahn, wo wir uns freuen, Rick Astley zu sehen. Es war ziemlich spät, als wir wieder hungrig waren, aber das Hotel war gut mit uns, eine McDonald's Lieferung aus Kingston Park zu bestellen. Alles in allem mit Frühstück im Preis enthalten, hatten wir eine super Zeit. Grüße!
