Buon soggiorno in Reims. Mini appartamento nella prima Periferia. Pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario. La signora è accogliente e familiare. Molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità prepara su richiesta una colazione come in hotel. Lei suo marito e il loro splendido bambino ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Unico piccolo difetto...il centro non è così vicino a piedi...

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt und ist leicht zu finden . Das Spa gehört scheinbar nicht zum Hotel ist aber im selben Haus gelegen und 14:00 Uhr so dass wir es nicht benutzen konnten. Empfang so freundlich professionell schnell. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt weil man sofort um die Ecke französischen im Straßencafe frühstücken kann. Es gibt ein Parkplatz für uns leider nicht nutzbar weil wir ankamen. Aber die Hotelrezeption hat uns möglich gemacht einen anderen zu finden. Insgesamt haben wir sehr gut geschlafen die Klimaanlage war auch gut eingestellt. 

Great location! & parking available but they only have ~8 separate garages with doors, in a secure building(they give you the remote control access) 13€/24 hr with “in & out”. I booked ours the day of check in & got the last spot. You can pull up in front of hotel & check in & they will give you the remote & a map of where the garage is(1-2 blocks). Booked the “superior” room with air con & it was the individual type that is mounted high on the wall. It worked fabulous mid sept!! It did not have a coffee maker or frig, but the reception can loan you an ice bucket & the Monoprix (3 blocks) sells bags of ice(3€45). The bathroom was wonderful! Super clean. Common space (when reception closes for the evening) is only a vending machine with drinks/snacks with a small bench & chair right inside the entrance door. The lady that works FD was super helpful & friendly & her English was perfect. -Downside: the reception desk, tiny lobby with books, microwave & the awesome back outdoor terrace with tables & chairs is only accessible when the reception desk is open! We stayed on a wed & thurs when their website said open until 8:30pm so we hoped to enjoy the outdoor terrace in the evenings after sightseeing, so it was disappointing that we could not since they closed it at 7pm (2 nights in Reims will keep you busy & lots of sights don’t close until 7p) *the FD lady DID text us the day of check in to let us know..& would have text us codes to get in & room key if we arrived after 7p*

Ein wirklich elegantes, historisches Hotel mit wunderbaren Komfort und graziösen Gastgebern. Ruhevolle Lage, komfortabel, sehr sauberes Zimmer, Bett und Bad, leckere Frühstück, einfache Parkplätze auf der Straße. Wir wünschen, dass wir mehr als eine Nacht geblieben haben!

From the friendly and professional welcome to the moment of departure everything was perfect. This is the epitome of everything a 5 start hotel should be. The bedroom was exceptional in quality, size and comfort. Champagne on the terrace on arrival; drinks after dinner in the bar - all very well done. And what a delight to be served a copious and varied breakfast - so much nicer than a self-serve buffet. You are absolutely spoiled at this unique property.

Great 1 night stopover spent here. Basic but spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning . Good value breakfast. Receptionist very friendly and extremely helpful, she explained how tram system worked so we were able to leave our car in hotel car park and visit Rheims city on morning of our departure. Initially we were put off by sewerage type smell on corridor to our room however the room itself smelt fine. We realised on leaving next day that muck spreading must have been going on in surrounding countryside and presumably that had contaminated the corridor. Tram B leaves from right outside hotel (end of line)and takes you into city centre within 1/2 hour - Get off at L’Opera stop for the cathedral. Ticket machines are at the tram stops and take cards or coins(good way to get rid of the last of holiday change!) It was about €1:90 each way. Don’t forget to validate your ticket, tap it against the machine onboard the tram.

Excellent location - 10 minutes to station & trams, few moments to restaurants, cafes etc. Hotel small but tidy, quirky, clean - art in rooms. Quiet at night, on 4th floor. Breakfasts fine. Staff helpful. Minor issues only - ran out of apricot jam (in France); milk powder in coffee machine had chocolate mixed in - so cafe au lait etc were mocha style. Some reviews are really critical - but try some French, smile, remember the price. Thoroughly recommended for a few days in a very interesting city.

Eine wichtige Reise durch Frankreich vor der letzten Verriegelung, waren wir sicher, dass das Personal eine sichere Umgebung auf der Grundlage unserer Erfahrung im Sommer bieten würde. Es gab eine Verschleppung von 21.00, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Das Frühstück war gut mit frischem Brot und Croissants usw. Mit weniger Händlern, die die behinderten Parkplätze bleiben, wurden im Gegensatz zu August frei. Wenn Sie einen behinderten Platz brauchen, müssen Sie vielleicht zu Rezeption sprechen, um die weißen Wagen bewegen.

Wir erwarteten eine bessere 3-Sterne-Unterkunft ... Die günstigsten: Hotel relativ billig im Vergleich zu anderen Einrichtungen im Zentrum von Reims. Außerdem ist seine Lage im Zentrum der Stadt wirklich praktisch und ermöglicht es, das Zentrum ohne Auto zu nutzen. Mindest: Feuchtigkeitsaufgaben auf der Schal, nicht schrecklich. Rittchen in schlechtem Zustand und keine Schalen, so dass man ohne Dunkelheit schlafen mag. Unaufhörliche Geräusche in der Rohrleitung in der Nacht. sehr kleines Zimmer, Bett 140cm. Wir haben relativ schlecht geschlafen, eine Nacht war gut genug. Kurz gesagt, dieses Hotel hat gut gefeuert, aber wirklich nicht mehr.

Kurzer übernachtungsaufenthalt auf der Durchreise. Dafür ist das Hotel ok. Leider war das Zimmer erst gegen späten Nachmittag zum Bezug fertig. Der Service an der Rezeption etwas spröde. Zimmer dann erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage. Ein Getränk für die Wartezeit, oder das Gepäck lagern wäre ein gutes Zeichen einer Dienstleistung gewesen. Parkgarage für Aufpreis. AberAchtung!!! Einfahrhöhe 1,8 m!!! Hätten mit unseren T4 dickes Problem. Haben aber noch hinter den Haus an der Straße ein paar Plätze, aber typisch französisch- auch hier eher für kleinere und kürzere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Zimmer ausreichend geräumig. Französisches Bett mit 1 Decke- wie fast immer. Bad ok. Könnte etwas sauberer sein- Zimmerservice musste wohl schnell machen… - hatten ja schon über 1std. Gewartet. Frühstück war das Geld leider nicht wert. Das Rührei eine katastrophale Pampe, ungenießbar. Scheinbar nur für Briten, die es reichlich gab. Croissant für Frankreich indiskutabel. Und auch sonst nicht viel frisches. Wer also nicht schnell was braucht und Zeit hat, lieber extern was genießen. Fazit: zum übernachten ok. Für längeren Aufenthalt m.E. Nix. Dafür mit über 100€ /Nacht auch zu teuer.
