Schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, Zimmerausstattung und -größe sehr gut, Betten bequem (wie immer gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die gemeinsame Bettdecke/Laken beim Doppelbett), Ausstattung gut (Safe, großer Fernseher, WiFi, MiniBar, Kaffeeautomat, ausreichend Stauraum), sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Rezeption und Frühstück), sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und gute Auswahl (etwas mehr Rohkost wie Tomaten, Paprika, Salat wäre prima). Die Hotellage fanden wir jetzt nicht so ideal, da man meistens doch ein ganzes Stück Richtung Innenstadt/Altstadt laufen muß (das war von Lage-Karte nicht unbedingt erkennbar), um Restaurants, Museen etc. zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer (Duschwanne) ist schon etwas veraltet und könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen. Absolut ärgerlich empfanden wir, dass die angebliche Hotelterasse (die auch bei Reiseportalen werbewirksam als Hotelfoto verwendet wird und für uns einer der ausschlaggebenden Auswahlkriterien war) scheinbar nicht direkt zum Hotel, sondern zu einem angeschlossenem Restaurant gehört und fast während unsere gesamten Aufenthaltszeit nicht zugänglich war.

The apartment has a very excellent location. It has a mini market under it until 11 p.m. and restaurants. It is close to tourist attractions and a beautiful and safe area. The security system in the building is excellent, there is Wi-Fi. The interior design of the apartment is beautiful, modern and comfortable Spacious, clear, and clean, and the weekly cleaning service is good. All basic needs are available, including a dishwasher, clothes, utensils, cleaning tools in the apartment, and all household essentials. Its price is a little high, but for its location it is excellent

Wir kamen über den Flughafenbus und fanden die Unterkunft dank der Vorlesung der Bewertungen leicht. Es ist eine Tür mit vielen Zeichen einschließlich einer für die Stadtzimmer Bilbao. Die Zimmer sind auf den Etagen 4 und 5 mit Rezeption am 4.. Die Eincheckung war schnell und einfach mit einem warmen Willkommen von der Lady an der Rezeption. Die beiden Stockwerke haben gut beleuchtet saubere Korridore und der Aufzug ist großartig. Das Zimmer war ein sehr sauber, gut vorgestelltes modernes Doppel mit einem großen Dusche und eine Menge Lagerung. Das Fenster kann geöffnet werden und ich mag andere Bewertungen, die die Wärme und die Decke fan ... wir können es am Abend kalt sagen, aber die Heizung kommt auf bei zehn! Die Lage dieser Zimmer ist sehr zentrale und hervorragend l. Große Verkehrsverbindungen, wenn nötig, aber wir gingen alle um die alten und neuen Teile der Stadt mit dem Guggenheim, Bars und Restaurants alle auf unserer Tür. Einkaufen in Bilbao ist fantastisch und dürften Angst, die 2. Hand Geschäfte zu besuchen .. Einige erstaunliche Ergebnisse!!!

Ich brauchte meinen Freund, während ich reiste und das war der perfekte Ort. Das ist kein 5-star Hotel, aber es tat den Trick und wir waren sehr komfortabel - hier warum. PROS - Aus Bilbao Airplane oder Bus? ...: Es liegt nahe 2 Blocks von Bilbao Intermodal und wenn Sie vom Flughafen kommen, ist dieses Hotel ein einfacher Spaziergang von wo der Bus Sie in San Mamés abstürzen. Die Lage ist auch SUPER sicher. - Transport: Wenn Sie die Straße absehen und durchqueren, sehen Sie auch die Bahnstation zusammen mit der U-Bahnstation. - Lebensmittel? : Es gibt überall Nahrung. Das ist Bilbao. 2 Euro (oder kaufen Sie wirklich eine Barik-Karte) und gehen Sie in die Stadt, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht. Der beste Teil über den Zug ist, dass es theoretisch links oder rechts geht. Ich lebe in der Nähe von NYC, so dass ich verstehe, es kann kompliziert sein, aber das System in Bilbao, der Koch-Kuss. - Bed/Room: Pro? Das Bett/Zimmer, das Sie in slanke, moderne und für einen Echt preis gewinnen! Bitte beeinträchtigen Sie nicht Ihren Weg, viel Geld in ein Hotel in Spanien zu verbringen. Es ist es nicht wirklich wert. Gehen Sie einfach diesen Ort, fühlen Sie sich komfortabel und sicher. - Personal? Es gibt nicht viele, aber die, die da sind, werden Ihnen helfen und zu beherbergen. Du musst nur nett sein. Ich sage das, weil ich ins Haus ging und jemanden geholfen wurde. Sie waren nicht so nett für das Personal, also bedenken Sie bitte, wir sind alle menschliche. CONS - Reinigung: Ich werde sagen, die Badezimmer waren sauber, aber das Kopftafel für mich war dunkel. Es hätte sein können, dass das Zimmer nicht viel verwendet wurde. Aber bitte nicht beunruhigen, es hat nichts zu meinem Aufenthalt getan, da der Preis vernünftig billig war. - EINTRAG! : Sie müssen verstehen, ihre Rating ist ein 2/5 Stern, aber es ist NICHT, weil sie schlecht sind, in Spanien basiert es auf dem, was das Hotel/Hostel hat und nicht hat. Also was sie nicht haben ist eine Frontrezeption. Hören Sie genau, wenn Sie hier gehen. Das Hotel ist einzigartig, neu und der Rezeptionservice ist gut, das ist, dass die Empfangsgeschwindigkeit relativ langsam ist, die Leitung ist weniger unkomfortabel, manchmal warten muss, der Aufenthalt insgesamt relativ zufrieden.

Etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum gelegen, ca. 15 Geh-Min. zur Altstadt. Von Freitag bis Sonntag shuttle-Bus bis Guggenheim-Museum. Sehr modernes Hotel, ausgiebiges, gutes Frühstücksbuffet allerdings in einem Speisesaal, der einer Bahnhofshalle ähnelt, eher ungemütlich. Restaurant nur für Abendessen geöffnet. Wir hatten eine Suite (70 qm) im 7. Stock, großzügig angelegt, durchaus bequem, Bad mit Whirl-Badewanne für zwei Personen, Nespresso-Maschine. Leider ein unangenehmer Geruch der auch mit Spray vom Hauskeeping nicht überdeckt wurde, daher ein Punkt Abzug.

It's a pity. Be careful. The place is going downhill fast. Attempted to charge my card twice without letting me know. Had a mishap the first night and also had another member of staff being confrontational upon check out. I stay here every year and this was my second trip this year. Breakfast had flies on the buffet. It states online you have a full time bar. The Spanish receptionist got angry when I asked for a water after 23.00. He blamed the system. I don't think il be back and I used to recommend all my friends to this place and many more. There is 2 ladies there at reception who are holding the fort together and otherwise its a real shame. Be careful. I'd like to speak to the manager also about my experience.

Das Hostel verfuegt ueber sehr saubere Mehrbettzimmer. Das Bett war auch sehr sauber. Leider war das Bett fuer meine Groesse ein paar Zentimeter zu kurz. An der Sauberkeit der sanitaeren Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Das Gemeinschaftsbad und Dusche waren sehr sauber. Das Fruehstueck war sehr einfach gehalten, jedoch voellig ausreichend. Sehr sauberer Fruehstuecksraum und auch sehr sauberer Aufenthaltsraum mit grossem Flachbild-TV. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Das Personal spricht auch englisch. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch moeglich. Zwei Fahrstuehle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Komplett behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Super. Auf dem Gelaende der Jugendherberge gibt es ausreichend Parkmoeglichkeiten. Verschiedene Getraenke- und Suessigkeitenautomaten waren auch vorhanden. 24Stunden Rezeption. Sehenswuerdigkeiten, Restaurants, Innenstadt, Kirchen und Museen koennen nicht zu Fuss erreicht werden. Bus Nr. 28 haelt aber direkt vor dem Haus und faehrt in die Innenstadt. Ich hatte mein Zimmer im 7. Stock. Von dort hatte man (gerade in der Nacht) einen spektakulaeren Ausblick auf die Stadt. Es erstrahlte einfach alles. Echt herrlich. Wuerde dort in jedem Fall wieder uebernachten, sofern ich in Bilbao bin. Gut und Guenstig. Doch eine super Jugendherberge.

We were a family of three and got the studio apartment. We stayed for 5 nights and were overall very happy. The people at reception were extremely helpful and nice, Ingrid - if I remember her name correctly- was especially welcoming. They have 24 hour reception and check in and check out was very smooth and easy. They also reply to WhatsApp messages during working hours. The apartment had everything you needed and good cupboard space, iron, small kitchenette, nice sized bathroom with good lighting, daily cleaning service, comfortable beds, ... The location was a three minute walk from the Zubizuri bridge and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Numerous restaurants and cafes and supermarkets were a minute or two away. I greatly recommend this hotel/apartment especially for families. The only thing I wish could be was a cheaper price. It was a bit pricey but I would go again for sure.
