Die Unterkunft liegt an der Provinzstraße 9 und war absolut ruhig, sodass ich nachts gut geschlafen habe. Das kleine Doppelzimmer hatte genau die richtige Größe und wirkte nicht beengt. Für diesen Preis ist das inkludierte Frühstück (man kann sich die Grundnahrungsmittel frei aussuchen) wirklich super. Der Besitzer hatte außerdem netterweise Snacks, Desserts und Obst bereitgestellt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Reisen nach Yuli wärmstens empfehlen.

Der Parkplatz ist bequem, die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Essen in der Wurzel, zum Nachtmarkt, zum Fuß gehen kann, das Bett ist sehr gut schlafen, es gibt Trinkwasser, es gibt Mikrowellenschachteln, die hier eine Nacht in der Wurzel kommen können.

The host was very hospitable . He shared the marathon awards with us. We also lived there for joining the Fuli marathon . The breakfast was abundant! We were so full.
It was a nice trip of hospitality and relaxing hot spring.

茶茶葉蛋Sehr gute Lage, man kann es mit einem kleinen Rabatt mieten, und es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Da ich zu KTV gegangen bin, war es schade, dass ich nicht spät dran war Nachtsnack.
Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass das Abflussloch der Toilette einen unangenehmen Geruch verströmt, da ich im Erdgeschoss des zweiten Stocks wohne. Insgesamt ist es sehr gut. .
Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hualien komme, werde ich mich auf jeden Fall wieder für Kangqiao entscheiden.

管管恆華Ich wurde zu einem Vortrag an der Landwirtschaftlichen Oberschule Hualien eingeladen, und mein Mann empfahl mir das Cheng Yi Hotel. Er hatte bei seinem Besuch in Hualien ebenfalls dort übernachtet, daher buchte ich auch dort.
Die Lage ist super; es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Der Preis ist sehr günstig. Das Zimmer ist etwas eng (ich hatte ein Zweibettzimmer). Das Frühstück wird in Schichten serviert, wobei nur eine Stunde Zeit dafür vorgesehen ist, was etwas gehetzt wirkte. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend, um satt zu werden.
Die Lobby hat ein trendiges, künstlerisches Flair, was mir gut gefiel. Es gibt eine Kletterwand für Kinder, die toll für sie ist, aber Erwachsene sollten sie beaufsichtigen, da sie etwas gefährlich sein kann.
Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel 4,5 oder mehr Sterne geben.
Tipp: Entspannen Sie sich in der Lobby, genießen Sie den Bergblick von Ihrem Zimmer aus und lassen Sie die Seele baumeln.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist daher ideal zum Essen und Einkaufen. Auch der Nachtmarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber und das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Allerdings ist die Schalldämmung nicht optimal; man kann den Fernseher aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören.

GGastnutzerUpdates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time.

2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked.
Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable.
For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast.
Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

GGastnutzerDas Yanbo Hotel Hualien ist ein gutes Hotel: Es hat ein Fenster mit guter Aussicht, eine Badewanne (hohe Decke), Getränke im kleinen Kühlschrank, viele Lichter, überall Spiegel, insbesondere Schminkspiegel, einen Fernseher mit Projektor und ein hochwertiges Bad Produkte (Valvola Faramo), Abholservice, einige „so besondere“ Schwerpunkte, wie Bettwäsche, umweltfreundliche Ideen usw.
Schade, dass ich die Sauna nicht erlebt habe, weil ich zu müde war555

GGastnutzerOverall a good experience (except one thing - see in the bottom). The location is somewhat central and on the walking promenade, but not very close to the railway station or the waterfront. About 25-35 min walk to the railway station but still okay. About 15 min to the waterfront.
Food options: there are a couple of local restaurants right near across from the promenade, including a noodle shop, a tempura donburi and a fried seafood place - all along the promenade. There's also a PX Mart not too far away, about 5 min walk.
The rooms are spacious and clean, very new renovation (as of 2025, seems like 2023-2024), no fridge in the room (on the first floor only), but there's a kettle. The bed was somewhat stiff but okay.
Overall felt like great value for the location and the quality, and especially the room size.
The only drawback - Easy to fix - was the towels. There was no proper size bathroom towels on my stay in May 2025. The small towels are rather insuficcient for showering.

Es gibt viele kleine Dinge im Liu-Garten, die spielen können, auch Spielball, Fliegen usw. Einrichtungen können mit Kindern und Kindern zu Hause spielen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch reichhaltig. Es gibt einen Liu-Garten, der mit Herzen betrieben wird, sehr zu empfehlen!

神神奇a小捲毛Der Raum war sehr dunkel und die Badezimmerbeleuchtung war nicht ausreichend, aber sie sahen wirklich grau und unsauber aus, und ich weiß nicht, ob das das Gefängniserlebnis verbessern sollte oder nicht Aus irgendeinem Grund riecht das Trinkwasser so schlecht, dass man es überhaupt nicht trinken kann.
Die einzigen beiden Vorteile des gesamten Ladens sind seine gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe von Dongdaemun, den Geschäftsvierteln in der Innenstadt und den Bars (die Bar selbst ist geschlossen) und der günstige Preis.
Man kann nur sagen, dass es ein anständiger Ort zum Leben ist, ein Ort, an dem man baden und schlafen kann, aber denken Sie daran, Ihr eigenes Trinkwasser mitzubringen.

@@travel_with_the_sunIt's clean, it's close to the train station, where you can rent a scooter to explore Taroko National Park, also have a gas station next door to refill your scooter and you are next to the main road to go to the National Park. There is enough stuff to cook yourself something. Communication with the landlord on self check-in went well and I could check-in earlier because my bed was free, actually I was the only guest in the dorm on my first of two nights.
It was calm and the entire hostel & bathroom was very clean. I liked, that you can buy razors, one-way towels, toothbrush kit for a small fee, even if I didn't need it.
The only downside, and that's why I gave it -3 stars in amenity was, that the mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a bit of strange moisture smell, but I could get used to it quickly. If there would be a thicker, less hard mattress, that place would get total points.
On the back door / balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. (The picture attached is taken from the road, but if you crop the lower half, it's what you see)
