有被這家酒店驚喜到！和朋友都覺得超乎意料的好！新酒店軟硬設施都非常的好，還全部能智能語音控制，非常方便。床品很舒服，睡得很好，酒店位置也很好，樓下就是麥當勞，附近還有各種店，挨着旁邊山澗，吃飯出行遊玩都很方便。尤其我們這間房 3324，最是寬敞明亮，外面還有一棵樹，一進房間就覺得很治癒，一開始前台説滿房衹有這間尾房，後來路過其他房間覺得我們這間最好，這趟出行最安慰就是這酒店了，有好好休息到。（不過有一點要説一下 這間房外面是個文體公園 晚上很多阿姨跳廣場舞有點吵 但窗玻璃隔音很好 電視開大聲一點基本就聽不見了 還好不影響休息 ）

Der Qingming Festival ist aus Guangzhou in Shenzhen gefahren. Ich möchte ein Hotel in der Nähe des Berges finden. Das Haus ist sehr nah, weniger als 200 m. Wir sind ins Hotel um 12 Uhr in der Nacht. Der Hotel-Rezeption-Service ist sehr gut. Außerdem hat es das Zimmer verbessert. Unser dreier Haus hat ein Doppelzimmer geöffnet. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist okay. Die Sorte ist zwar nicht sehr reich, aber auch zu essen, und das Parken ist auch bequem. Das Einzige ist, dass das Bett etwas klein ist, ich und meine Frau schlafen ein bisschen in einem Bett von 1 m2 breit und nicht besonders komfortabel. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir den Berg fertig gestellt und dann wieder ins Hotel gefahren. Insgesamt ist es eine angenehme Reise in den Bergen.

Wir waren in den Bergen viel zu lange unterwegs und haben deshalb spontan eine Pension gebucht. Obwohl sie etwas versteckt in einer Seitengasse lag, war sie ein echter Geheimtipp. Das Zimmer war neu und sauber, und ich war total begeistert von der Einrichtung, besonders von der Bettwäsche – die war vergleichbar mit der in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel! Ich habe so gut geschlafen, dass ich gar nicht auschecken wollte. Einziger Nachteil: Manche Zimmer hatten Gemeinschaftsbäder. Ich habe aber beim Besitzer nachgefragt, und er meinte, es gäbe auch Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Also unbedingt vorher nachfragen! Die Pension hatte außerdem einen kleinen Innenhof und ein separates Wohnzimmer und war somit perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen von Freunden und Verwandten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unglaublich gut! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war nach Norden ausgerichtet und bot direkten Blick auf das Civic Centre, was eine großartige Aussicht auf das höchste Gebäude Shenzhens bei Nacht ermöglichte. Das Hotel bot Gutscheine für einen Late-Night-Snack an. Die Auswahl war nicht riesig, aber es gab gedämpfte Speisen, Porridge, gebratene Nudeln und Obst – sehr empfehlenswert! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung des Hotels. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich drei U-Bahn-Eingänge, darunter der Ausgang C der Linie 7 (Huanggang Village), der mit Rolltreppen ausgestattet ist, was sehr praktisch ist. Zudem bietet die Umgebung von Huanggang Village eine Fülle an Restaurants und Essensmöglichkeiten, sowohl zum Vor-Ort-Essen als auch zum Mitnehmen.

MMui SimDie Rezeptionisten waren sehr nett, freundlich und höflich. Obwohl das Zimmer klein war, hatte es alles, was man brauchte, und das Wichtigste war, dass es sauber und hygienisch war. Die zusätzliche Ausstattung mit einer Dusch-WC-Anlage war ein großes Plus. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es etwas weit von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt ist.

Im Business Center des Hotels kann man Dokumente drucken und kopieren, und es gibt sogar einen kostenlosen Bindeservice – endlich muss ich nicht mehr nach einem Copy Shop suchen. Die Minibar im Zimmer wird täglich mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks aufgefüllt, sodass ich auch bei Überstunden bis spät in die Nacht immer Energie habe. Der Fitnessraum des Hotels ist 24 Stunden geöffnet, und nach dem Laufen kann man sich in der Sauna entspannen, um die Müdigkeit des Tages abzubauen. Das Business-Frühstück kann man schnell als Paket mitnehmen, so dass man auch bei einem frühen Flug nicht in Panik geraten muss. Die Mitarbeiter erinnern einen auch noch an die Fluginformationen, das ist wirklich super praktisch!

Diese Reise nach Shenzhen hat mir die Augen geöffnet!
Die Zimmerdekoration ist immer noch im Stil der 1990er Jahre gehalten, wenn sie sich gut anhört, wird sie als alt bezeichnet, und wenn sie schlecht klingt, wird sie als heruntergekommen bezeichnet. Da in Shenzhen so viele neue Hotels gebaut werden, ist es Zeit für eine Renovierung.
Das Lustigste ist die Türkarte. Nach dem Einchecken tippe ich auf die Karte und steige problemlos in den Aufzug. Aber als ich das Zimmer verlasse und auf die Karte tippe, komme ich nicht hinein. Ich muss die Karte zurückgeben Ich ging am nächsten Morgen zum Essen und nahm meine Karte, aber dieses Mal konnte ich nicht einmal ein Foto vom Aufzug machen und musste mehrmals zur Rezeption gehen.
Die Einstellung und der Service des Hotelpersonals sind jedoch sehr gut.

WWoshitanlaoshiNach meiner telefonischen Reservierung empfing mich der Besitzer herzlich am Aufzug – eine angenehme Überraschung. Mein Zimmer war ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Ich wurde gebeten, Hausschuhe anzuziehen, was sehr aufmerksam war. Der Besitzer brachte mir sogar persönlich Hausschuhe und heißes Wasser und war stets hilfsbereit – der Service übertraf meine Erwartungen. Auch Treppe, Bad und Dusche waren blitzsauber, selbst die Zahnbürsten wirkten hochwertig und zeugten vom Engagement des Besitzers. Für rund 30 Yuan bietet dieses Hostel ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Der Check-in und Check-out an der Rezeption verlief super schnell und der Service war ausgezeichnet, alles wurde sehr detailliert erklärt. Abends gab es sogar ein kostenloses Gute-Nacht-Porridge-Buffet, was wirklich toll ist, da das nur wenige Hotels anbieten. Außerdem sind das 24-Stunden-Fitnessstudio und die Waschmaschinen super praktisch.

Von beiden Balkonen hatte man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, ideal für Ausflüge zu nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotelfrühstück war köstlich und die Bar im dritten Stock bot eine endlose schöne Aussicht. Das Personal ermöglichte uns auch einen kostenlosen einstündigen Late Check-out. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

QQualityHotelGuyOkay, ich habe einiges zum Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen zu sagen – ein Hotel mit luxuriöser Ausstattung, dem es aber an grundlegenden Frühstückszutaten mangelt…
Dyson-Haartrockner, Toto-Dusch-WC und Wasser in Glasflaschen entsprachen nicht meinen Erwartungen. Im MO Shenzhen wurden hochwertige Sanitärarmaturen verwendet, die zuverlässig und sehr gepflegt sind. Ich bin sehr pingelig, was Sanitärausstattung und Sauberkeit angeht, und mir sind keine Mängel aufgefallen. Ein großes Lob an das Housekeeping-Team!
Man muss verstehen, was das MO von anderen Hotels abhebt, ist die makellose Liebe zum Detail. Das Interieur ist anderen Hotels in Shenzhen weit überlegen. Wenn Sie Architektur mögen und die mangelhafte Ausstattung anderer Hotels in Shenzhen satt haben, sollten Sie das MO Shenzhen unbedingt ausprobieren.
Nun… mein Problem war das Frühstück. Mir fiel auf, dass sich das MO viel zu sehr auf kantonesische Küche konzentrierte und sich wohl von der Vorstellung ausländischer Gäste von „orientalischer Kultur“ beeinflussen ließ. Zugegeben, das Essen war von hoher Qualität – gute Soße, gute Zutaten. Aber Reis ist wirklich eine Grundvoraussetzung. In allen Top-Hotels, die ich in Asien besucht habe, musste ich nie auf gebratenen Reis verzichten. Das war im MO ganz anders als im Ritz-Carlton, wo ich ein paar Wochen zuvor war – dort gab es wahrscheinlich dreimal so viel Auswahl. Ich würde ohne Zögern mehr bezahlen, wenn das Frühstücksangebot besser wäre – viele würden verstehen, dass es sich hier nur um eine Frage der Einstellung handelt.
Der beste Hotelservice in Asien. Die MO-Gruppe ist dafür bekannt, und dem kann ich nur zustimmen. Das wusste ich schon vor vielen Jahren, als ich im MO in Guangzhou neben dem Taikoo war.
Insgesamt hat mich das MO Shenzhen, wie bereits erwähnt, gemischte Gefühle beschert. Ich bin von der Sauberkeit und den Details begeistert, aber wegen des Frühstücks kann ich mich noch nicht endgültig für das MO Fan entscheiden. Schade!

GGastnutzerDas war das angenehmste Crowne Plaza, in dem ich je übernachtet habe! Ich muss die volle Punktzahl geben und eine Top-Bewertung abgeben. Das Personal war durchweg höflich und angenehm in der Kommunikation, was alles sehr reibungslos machte. Besonders die Dame an der Rezeption hatte ein superheilendes Lächeln und einen charmanten, freundlichen Service. Sie hat mir sogar proaktiv lokale Restaurants und Sightseeing-Tipps empfohlen. Ich hatte zuvor ein kleines Problem mit der Temperatureinstellung der Dusche gemeldet, und das Hotel reagierte nicht nur sofort, sondern behob es auch sehr schnell. Die Effizienz der zeitnahen Verbesserung war überraschend gut. Die Hotelumgebung ist sauber und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Aufenthaltserlebnis war absolut erstklassig, und ich habe es bereits meinen Freunden empfohlen!

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
