I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Der Park Plaza liegt in der Nähe von Parks, Kathedralen und Räumen, wo sich lokale Händler versammeln würden. Ein großer Gemüsegeschäft war direkt hinter dem Apartmentturm, das sehr bequem war. Die Wohnung war eine zwei Geschichten Loft mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Dusche, Kühlschrank, Backofen-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Es hatte zwei Balkone auf der ersten und zweiten Geschichte. Die einzige Beschwerde war wirklich die Couch-mehr wie ein Futon, der nur Zoll vom Boden saß, sehr schwer zu rauskommen, und sehr unbehaglich. Ich habe nur die Stühle anstelle. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und hatte Fernsehsender auf beiden Stockwerken. CNN intl und Fox intl war auf beiden Fernsehsendern. Sicherlich ein guter Ort zum Aufenthalt zum Preis. Mein Zimmer hatte große Aussichten auf die Anden in der Entfernung. Personal war sehr bequem. Ich werde hier auf meiner nächsten Reise wieder bleiben.

Das Hotel hat ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass ein ordentliches Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen ist. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und außerdem ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Beispiel: Wir hatten einen Nachtflug aus Santiago und mussten das Hotel deshalb zu später Stunde verlassen, was in Santiago nicht unbedingt sicher ist. Der Sicherheitsmann im Eingangsbereich hat uns bis zum Uber begleitet und gewartet, bis dieser abgefahren ist.

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Riesiges Zimmer für mich alleine. Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Abends nimmt man lieber ein Taxi dorthin

Praktische Lage für Flugreisende inklusive Shuttle, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und saubere Zimmer.

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

Потрясающий отель, мне понравилось абсолютно все! Жила на 18 этаже в номере 1803, совершенно потрясающий вид из окна на Анды и город, я наслаждалась каждым днем в отеле! Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
