Everything was great!

First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

This hotel is very well located, near the city center, supermarkets and restaurants, and major attractions are walking distance away. Large comfortable rooms with safe, fridge, nice bathroom with all amenities. Great bed and mattress. Unfortunately the airco made a lot of noise, and with the hot weather it was not really an option to switch it off.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Nach vier Jahren war mein jüngster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genau wie ich mich erinnern konnte. Das Front Desk Personal ist hervorragend. Sie sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und werden für die Gäste aus ihrem Weg gehen. Das Frühstückspersonal im Restaurantbereich war genauso wunderschön. Wenn ich was benötigte, musste ich es einfach fragen. Das Hotel liegt über der Straße vom Park von Yerevan (vor kurzem umbenannt Diana Apcar Park). Der Park ist ein beliebtes Ziel für die Ortsbewohner. Es gibt Mahlzeiten im Park und auf beiden Seiten der Straße. Bekannte touristische Reiseziele wie der Republik Square und der Northern Avenue sind beide kurze Spaziergänge entfernt. Sie werden nichts verpassen, indem Sie an dieser Stelle bleiben. Und Sie werden viel mehr aus der erstaunlichen Gastfreundschaft erhalten.

The city of Yerevan was very beautiful with lovely people who doubled the memories of the trip with the hospitality of the staff of this hotel. A very clean hotel, well-behaved staff and a wide variety of breakfast that encourage us to stay in this hotel again.

Stimmungsvolles Hostel im Zentrum von Jerewan. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, die im Basement aber leider ohne Fenster haben. Betreiber waren super freundlich und nett. Tee & Kaffe gibt's kostenlos. Auch eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden, aber keine Küche. Dusche & Klos waren sauber und insgesamt alles sehr gepflegt. In den Zimmern gab es große Schließfächer und das WLan war auch gut. Stabile, gemütliche Betten mit Vorhang und Steckdosen an jedem Bett. Kann das Hostel wirklich empfehlen.

I came to stay to Hayasa with my Husband and my 2 daugters and it was Amazing!! Sona at the Front Desk was Welcoming with a nice Smile and had many nice suggestions. Gor, the overnight Front Desk clerk ordered us a midnight meal. Artyom, the bartender made us feel at home by getting our drinks and being a nice Host. Vigen carried our bags all the way to our bedside. And to top it off, We had candies in the room as a Welcome Gift! I loved our cozy room with a comfort of a home and a nice street view. I felt like I live in theneighborhood❤️ Thank you Hayassan very much!! We will be back.

Meine Frau und ich haben zweimal in diesem kleinen Boutique-Hotel in Yerevan geblieben. Und wir haben sehr warme und positive Gefühle über unseren Aufenthalt. Sehr komfortabel Zimmer, ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr gute Frühstück und gemütliche Atmosphäre während Ihres Aufenthalts. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Insbesondere Artur hat uns auf unserem Weg zurück zum Flughafen sehr geholfen, da es alle Städte rund Probleme mit lokalen Taxidienst gab. Sehr empfohlen für kurz- bis mittelfristige Aufenthalt in Jerevan.

Очень хороший отель, удобно расположен, рядом с большим торгово-развлекательным центром. Отель очень уютный, везде чисто, новая мебель, чистое постельное белье, махровые халаты, тапочки, ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец! Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый! Отдельного внимания заслуживают завтраки - выше всяких похвал! Очень разнообразные и вкусные! Милейшая женщина, которая готовит завтраки, создает хорошее настроение на весь день и варит вкуснейший кофе! Спасибо всему персоналу отеля за такие уютные, прекрасные новогодние каникулы! Нам так понравилось в этом отеле, что мы продлили пребывание ещё на несколько дней!!! Очень рекомендую этот отель!
