Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Lafayette

This has been one of our favorite places to stay over the years, we sometimes stay 2-3 times a year. Sadly, I think we might look for a new place to stay when we visit Lafayette in the future. The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating this visit. Check in was great, fast and easy. Our room was dated, but fairly clean. I didn’t report it, but one of the lamps was missing on one of our nightstands, so it seemed dark in the room. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, grime in the doorway that may be permanent, I couldn’t tell. Hot water took forever to come out of the shower. A/C seemed to be broken most of our stay. The other BIG problem this hotel has is people who aren’t guests using the pool. This time, they had a system. Park in the nearby parking lot, get a housekeeper to let them in, then enter through one of the pool view rooms that a housekeeper was cleaning, to make it appear they are guests. I know they weren’t staying in that room because when we went to the pool, the inner door was opened and the housekeeper was cleaning, no guests were staying there. This kind of thing has happened the past 4-5 times we’ve stayed here. Mother’s Day, they parked in the parking lot and set up a complete party complete with obnoxious music, food, screaming kids running around on the pool deck and not one of the people was staying at the hotel…they never are. I don’t know what can be done because it’s so easy to enter the pool from the parking lot UNLESS they go back to having to use your key to enter the gate and instruct housekeeping that their friends and families done have free reign over this pool, it’s strictly for guests and ENFORCE IT IS ONLY FOR HOTEL GUESTS. We paid for our room, and expect peaceful use of the pool, these people aren’t guests and shouldn’t be allowed to use the pool when guests are just trying to relax out there.

Wonderful place to stay while traveling. Room was clean and quiet and exactly as requested. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk and breakfast staff attentive and pleasant. Location convenient to many services. Would stay again if in the area.

Hier war es für ein Reba McEntire Konzert im Cajundome, das buchstäblich über die Straße war! Trockene Bequemlichkeit. Freundliches Personal! Saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant. Es ist zu weit von anderen Speisegebieten usw. Ich würde sicher nochmal bleiben!

Wir waren in Lafayette mit der Cajun/zydeco Tanzgruppe für Mardi Gras. Das Hotel war extrem sauber, aktualisiert und schön dekoriert, Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, freundlich, effizient, persönlich und engagiert. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal des Front Desk war auch sehr willkommen und aufmerksam, mit allen unseren Anfragen zu helfen. Wir lieben einen Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle in unserem Zimmer. Die Betten waren komfortabel und der Wasserdruck war gut mit heißem Wasser immer verfügbar. Ich schätzte die Doppelseepausstattung und die Auslieferungen in der Dusche und im Tauch. Unsere einzige Beschwerde war das Fehlen eines Toilettensitzes, das wir alle nicht sehr gesund fühlten. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Erfahrung in Lafayette im Holiday Inn ! Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder auswählen, weil das Personal oben und darüber ging, was wir alle wissen, ist schwer zu kommen in diesen Tagen. Danke für Ihre hervorragende Service und Freundlichkeit!

Ich habe bis 23. Januar 2020 5 Nächte in diesem Hof verblieben. Die erste wunderbare Person, die ich traf, war während ich ankam. Devin ist ein professioneller, höflicher und äußerst hilfreicher junger Mann, der mir mit allem, was ich brauchte (wo zu essen, zu besuchen und zu kaufen), sehr geduldig ist und ich schätze seine Beratung und Freundlichkeit. Ich traf auch Jason, ein großer Gentleman, der mir die Zeit genommen hat, um mir mein Zimmer zu zeigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es meinen Bedürfnissen entspricht! Er ist wirklich beachtet und angenehm! Das Gleiche gilt für Delania (Ich hoffe, ich habe das richtig geschrieben). Ihre Persönlichkeit und ihre begrüßenswerte Haltung ist wunderbar. Sie würde fragen, wie mein Essen war, was ich getan habe und war ehrlich in ihren Anfragen. Sie ist wunderbar! Ich traf Teresa die Nacht, die sie während ich dort war geplant war, zu arbeiten. Was für eine besondere, lebendige, ausgehende und exuberante schöne Dame! Sie hatte einen kalten und ich ging nach Walmart, so habe ich ihr ein paar Husten Tropfen - Sie würden denken, ich habe ihr $1M gegeben! Sie war so wertvoll und dankte mir mehrmals. Ich wünschte, ich hätte mehr Zeit mit ihr verbracht - sie macht dich großartig! Die Hausmeister, die ich getroffen habe, waren so freundlich und nett! Jeanie und Rea sind wunderbar. Rea machte einen Abend eine extra schnelle Reinigung meines Zimmers und weigerte sich für ihre Bemühungen zu danken. Wie besonders sie ist! Lyle (Wartung) musste bei mehreren Gelegenheiten aufgrund einer Persnickität Licht/Ausgang zu meiner Hilfe kommen und war aus, sehr hilfreich und sehr kompetente. Die Unterlinie ist es so viele besondere Leute, die ich fast erwähnen, was eine schöne Eigenschaft ist! Der Außenbereich ist einladend und gut gepflegt, der Lobbt ist geräumig und Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel, sauber und ruhig. Ich genossen vor allem den Pool und die Heiße Tube! Sehr entspannt und sauber. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Wassertemperatur in meiner Dusche und ich war erfreut, dass Management sofort beteiligt war. Sam, der Assistent Manager, ist ein wunderbarer Mann mit großer Demokratie und offensichtlich respektiert von der Mitarbeiterin (sie sagten mir, er weiß, wie man Dinge tut)! Sam hat mich vorgestellt zu Brian, der Manager, der kürzlich zu diesem Grundstück kam. Alles, was ich sagen kann (und sehen) ist, dass Brian und Don unglaubliche Führer sind, die eine wunderbare Gruppe von Menschen haben, die ihre Jobs mögen. Die Gewinner? Wir, ihre wertvollen Gäste! Vielen Dank aus Zimmer 231 und jedem anderen Zimmer in Ihrem tollen Hotel! Bitte vergib mir, wenn ich jemand anderes großes Volk, das ich getroffen habe, vergessen habe. Ich hoffe, Marriott weiß, welche große Leute sie in diesem Grundstück haben!

I will try to be as unbiased as possible. It was only 5 days ago that I was in a newly constructed Residence Inn in a major city. Overall, Residence Inn Lafayette Airport was a really good stay. Pros: This place is extremely clean. The cleaning staff goes out of their way to make sure this place is clean from top to bottom. It has that fresh, clean aroma all throughout the property. The entire room was spotless upon arrival. Additionally, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They are very quick to respond to messages sent via the chat function in the Bonvoy app. I regret not getting the name of the agent that checked us in, but she was extremely helpful in suggesting local cuisine. Feezo's is now my new favorite restaurant for chargrilled oysters. Cons: The rooms are really dated and shows plenty of wear and tear. More specifically, the mattress was in pretty bad shape. It had hills and valleys from head to toe and was NOT comfortable. I'm almost certain it's an original mattress from the opening of the property. Same goes for the couch. It was NOT comfortable at all. The pillows and cushions were in very bad shape. Mind you, these items were very clean, but old and worn out. The tv's are also dated. They are really small, probably Gen1 plasma, 24 inches. The channel lineup was impressive, however. I haven't seen that many channels in a hotel in a while. In conclusion, it was a good stay. I was more impressed with the cleanliness than the actual room. Breakfast was ok... food was good, but there was no cheese at all. I haven't decided if I will stay here again in the future as I am accustomed to a more updated hotel atmosphere.
