We only stayed at Ta’aktana for 3D2N. We wish we could stay there for longer. Everything was beyond perfect - service, food, activities, hotel design, facilities etc. We could not find anything we could complain about. The staff there went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Our personal butler, Yosef, helped us arrange all activities during our stay from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The warm welcome by him and the team made us feel so special. He also organized a big surprise for me and my husband to celebrate our belated honeymoon! The in-house snorkeling and stand-up paddling were definitely highlights during our stay. Shout out to Vincent at Jetty Point, who made water activities extra fun and super easy though it was our first time snorkeling and paddling! We have seen nemo, pufferfish, sea urchins, starfish and also countless types of other fish and coral when we were snorkeling with him. We also enjoyed sunset yoga conducted by Chandra and sunrise trekking conducted by Risel very much, and they are both professional. The sunrise view at Amelia Hill was truly remarkable, and thanks Risel for encouraging me to walk to the top of the hill. All the staff were super friendly and passionate about Labuan Bajo. These activities created so many good memories for us. The food at Ta’aktana is exceptional and the dining service is of top notch. Afternoon at Nera Lounge, dinner at TABA, dinner at Umasa and breakfast at Leros - every dish was perfect and beautifully presented. They all exceeded our expectations! We also enjoyed ourselves very much at Maiga bar for sunset ritual. This is definitely one of the best hotel stays, and we hope that we will be back one day! Thank you for the great hospitality :)

Truly enjoyed our hotel stay. Everything from the hotel design, food menu and guest experiences were magical and reflective of the Flores and Komodo island. Truly is a destination hotel. The staff were exceptional and passionate about the island and culture . Learned so much about culture, history and local produce from the team . Wanted to recognise Hendrik, Ferdinand and Chandra for exceptional service and commitment .

This Luxury Collection Hotel is a Marriott property which just opened in May 2024. It is located about 10 minutes from the Komodo airport, and also 10 minutes from the LaBuan Bajo port. It is a luxury property comparable to Ritz Carlton or ST Regis. Phenomenal service provided by front desk and dining staff from 3 restaurants and lounge. Shout out to our personal butler Mr. Lalu. Highly recommended for your luxurious stay in LaBuan Bajo

The hotel is open since 2 months and what an amazing place, the design is magnificent, done with so much care and beauty. The restaurants are of great quality service and food. The service provided is fantastic and you feel super welcome. At this moment the best place to stay in Labuan Bajo, great experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

My stay at Ta’aktana was nothing short of exceptional. It was my first time in LBJ and if I could give this place 10 stars I would. The facilities were incredible, and the sunsets were breathtaking. Staff are fabulous, breakfast choice huge. Mr. Peter and his team, including Mr. Yudha, Mr. F&B Manager Mr. Ferry, Mr. Arya and Ms. Ranti, made me feel truly special with their warm welcomes and excellent service. Ranti and Ririn at the front desk showed exceptional care, while the Aeros restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Arya, Desy, Dion, Ichal, Julio and Mr.Andy provided outstanding service. Barel is so amazing to plan my route and thanks to Jennifer and Noni. The Maiga bartenders, Ferninad, his performance and presentation was so perfect. Cova, Rahma, and Varian were impressive, and Aldiano’s PT and boxing classes were fabulous and absolutely top-notch. The recreation and SPA teams, especially Razal and Ega, added to the experience. Barista Winsu is perfect and other members at Poolbar were good. The staff’s passion and dedication stood out, with many going above and beyond by providing handwritten cards and personal touches. Despite minor issues, the management’s efforts, led by Mr. Peter, ensured a memorable stay. I didn't want to leave and would go back there in a heartbeat. If you get the opportunity to stay somewhere in LBJ, bookmark this place because it's amazing on all front.

We spent 6D5N at this amazing hotel with my two kids, and we loved every moment. The service was the best we're ever experienced, especially for the kids. There were so many activities to enjoy, and the kids club (Tri & Ima) took such a great care of our children that my husband and I could attend the beautiful sunset ceremony. During breakfast, the staff (Desy, Julio, Dion) was incredibly helpful, providing puzzles and toys for the kids and assisting them in choosing what they wanted to eat. Even the head chef was very nice and even made soup and oil for my son, when he caught a cold. The jetty staff (Boy, Rizal, Cencen) also organized fun acitivites like paddling, snorkeling, and boat rides, which my kids absolutely loved. Our butler Rico is the best, very organized and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff also deserves a mention for suprising us with animals made from towels, and sweet notes everyday after making up the room. The staff was incredibly kind and made my kids never want to leave. At checkout, they even gave us a memorable gift, which brought tears to my eyes. This hotel truly made our vacation unforgettable. We will come back for sure ! Highly Recommended !
