Labersa Hotel & Convention Center Toba Bewertungen

We stay at Labersa on the peakiest moment you can imagine, Idul Fitri. It was packed! Since it is the most luxury hotel in town, most of the government officials stay there during visit. I stay at one of the suits, the room is big with connecting doors enable me to have both best views. The room lay out is good, yet they could do better on the interior and its furniture (especially the bathrooms). Facing such massive traffic, I have to give two thumbs up to the restaurant team handling so many guests with quick table set ups and managing food availability. The hotels also provide free tickets for us to the water park, which I can say, its clean with enough attractions to enjoy. Yet, I think they need to improve a bit on the parking lot and elevator. When facing that many traffic, this supporting facilities just can't keep up.
