Close to lots of restaurants & plaza, train station Finding the actual location of the facility was an issue. A sign outside would help. And then the stairs!!!! 88 stairs plus more up the hill to the building!! At our age of 70 it was difficult to carry the luggage all the way up!

Nice suite and also very clean! very good location for visiting cinque terre, close to the train station, there is also a Parking Garage close by and not to expensive BUT, there are hundreds of stair steps and no elevator, you have to walk with your luggage from the Garage (15 minutes)

The hotel is hard to find, especially at night, and has way too many stairs to climb and no elevator but the rooms are really nice! They all look recently renovated and are very clean and the beds are so comfortable! It’s also a great location and is only a 5 minute walk from La Spezia station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Real nice appar**ent close to La Spezia station. But be aware: 5th floor place with no elevator. The host was really kind and gave us several restaurant options

Please please please be wary of staying here!!! Very complicated check in procedures that you do not know until after booking. I actually did not even get to stay in this place, because the key they left me broke into two pieces as I tried to open the door. I have unlocked a million doors in my life and never had a key break on me. I was given no empathy or help during my situation. Owner did not honor anything or offer a single cent, only offered the next night to stay, but I was passing through on my way to a meeting in Florence and just needed a nice night's rest. Owner is very un-empathetic. Apparently, accommodating for a late check in makes me undeserving of a refund. I don't even understand what accommodations they made because all they did was leave a key in a lockbox at a different location not even at my hotel. Myself and ******* called to ask for a refund since I did not even step foot in the room. The owner will not return emails or answer anyone's calls. I did not even step foot into the hotel room, so they did not have to clean or pay for anything, yet they still will not refund even a cent. Please be very very careful about staying here, because if anything goes wrong you will not be treated respectfully! I was really excited about my stay, I wish it would have worked out. But just a note to anyone else staying this is not like a hotel with a reception this is more of an air bnb type situation.

Good location, easy and accessible to train station or center area. The room is very clean, spacious and well maintained! The host helped a lot! No elevator, would recommend to come with small luggage or backpack.

The place is really nice and clean, we checked in early and couldn’t find the place , the owner sent someone to help us find the place. The owner only speaks Italian, it’s on the fifth floor and no elevator.

Ero contenta di tornarci. Preso un pesce all isolana …. NC prese due fritture (troppo olio) Ma avrei dato 3/4 stelle perché mi piace il contesto. Quando… mio marito dice al proprietario che gli chiede :”tutto bene?” Marito:”si… a parte la cameriera (una ragazzetta di circa 20 anni, mio marito 55) , che ha servito prima me di mia moglie. Te lo dico per le prossime vv. Risposta del proprietario: “Ah. Scusate… si allontana, torna indietro, si toglie la mascherina e dice col sorriso:” comunque non la biasimo , sei un bell uomo!” E con questa , ci siamo alzati, frittura lasciata a metà, pagato e andati via!!!!! A parte la professionalità (inesistente), poi che bel complimento alla signora!!! Credo che tutte le mogli sarebbero rimaste basite. Buona vita
