Great Hotel in good location- The all inclusive is excellent- top brand alcoholic drinks (including pink gin!) - only tried one of the cocktails (bit too sweet for me). Bar staff were very friendly and you don’t have to queue for long. We went as a couple but were checking the facilities for our daughter to come next year with her Husband and our two Granddaughters - this is an excellent hotel for families - snack bar always had hot dogs, hamburgers (quarter pounders), chicken nuggets, pizza, chips, toasted sandwiches, cake, fruit etc. Ice cream available all day from the pool bar. We have never been on an all inclusive that includes sweets, popcorn, crisps, nuts and bottles of water. The water park looked like brilliant fun - the pool was great - lots of activities but we did not get involved - just there for a relaxing break ! Themed dinners including bbq, Italian and Mexican - these are bookable on a daily system - we only went for the Mexican and the food was excellent. Food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and always something to eat - so much choice - only thing is that the food is not piping hot although we found this in every restaurant that we went to. Only stayed for the entertainment on one evening- again, not our thing but everyone seemed to be having a great time. Bus stops outside the hotel for buses to Benidorm and Altea. The walk to the beach (the beach is VERY pebbly so take sea shoes) is about 20 minutes - lots of local bars and restaurants. You can walk along the sea front (which is very flat) all the way to Altea (a nice slow stroll of about 30/40 mins. We did get a bus into Altea (one euro sixty each - although every other time we walked). Old Altea town is a great place to visit - we sat in a restaurant in the square by the church with a bottle of wine and watched the world go by!. Cleaning was brilliant- our towels were changed most days and bedding every 2/3 days - To summarise this hotel is great value for money and I would highly recommend. The staff are all very hardworking and make you very welcome.

Das Hotel ist etwas entfernt. Mit keinem Außen- und Innensignal. Ich habe bereits eine Bemerkung gemacht. Du musst fragen. Die in den Korridoren angegebenen Werte sind nichtig. Sie müssen einen Stern verlieren. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht. Aber Kaffee und viel Schlechte Qualität. Die Zimmerservice ist spät ... Vielleicht haben sie nicht genug Personal.

Have stayed at this Hotel before and was not disappointed with my recent stay. Greeted with a smile on arrival and request for room with walk-in shower granted straight away with the explanation that it was at the rear of the Hotel and no sea view which was fine by me. Room clean and plenty of space and comfortable bed. All inclusive meals were fine, plenty of choice but not always hot which is the way it is in Spain. Plenty of drinks options, the only down side being the coffee. Entertainment not as good as b efore. Plenty of sun beds available on the roof and pool always quiet. Would certainly recommend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der belebten Küstenstraße. Es hat eine Dachterrasse, wo die durchaus großen Zimmer sind. Mein ruhiges Zimmer hatte auch einen Balkon. Alles in allem ein Motel, das sich nicht für einen längeren Urlaub eignet. Im Zimmer funktionierten 2 Steckdosen nicht, wobei eine von beiden dann doch ging. Ich konnte mit Verspätung einen Kaffee trinken. Eine Flasche Wasser gab's auch. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch Warmspeisen, Säfte schienen zu fehlen. Kaffeevollautomat zählt langsam bis 100.

Es un sitio perfecto...buena estancia y buena comida ... recomendable 💯 por 100 recomendable...hemos estado varias veces y siempre es un acierto...buena relación calidad precio y Rosa la camarera es un encanto...todos son un encanto...
