Before we went I read mixed reviews but gave it a go as the water park was a massive plus. Arrived and had to wait for our room. Reception team were miserable but let us put luggage in storage whilst we waited. The pool area was good, lots of sun loungers but did feel quite crowded. Kids liked the water park. The sun loungers were the worst! So uncomfortable and not adjustable. People were having to buy cushions to put on top. One of the worst things was the smoking. People are allowed to smoke all round the pool area and in the entertainment spaces. Fag butts all over the grassy areas, not nice at all. The buffet restaurant was very hit and miss, the breakfast was awful, food often stone cold. Meals very repetitive. Also running out of things and it wasn’t replenished. 6 out of 7 days the milk and teabags were empty. No where near enough staff on an evening, 70% of tables were dirty, waiting to be cleared. People were just wondering about looking for somewhere to sit. On the first day we reported our balcony door broken, the day before we left it was fixed! Cocktails/mocktails were terrible, really sweet and syrupy. Good points, the entertainment team were good in the day, foam party on a Tues good fun. Evening entertainment wasn’t great at all, we played Uno instead. Snack bar was good, repetitive but Pizzas were great. Wouldn’t return and we have stayed in much nicer hotels with the same stars.

Das Hotel ist etwas entfernt. Mit keinem Außen- und Innensignal. Ich habe bereits eine Bemerkung gemacht. Du musst fragen. Die in den Korridoren angegebenen Werte sind nichtig. Sie müssen einen Stern verlieren. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht. Aber Kaffee und viel Schlechte Qualität. Die Zimmerservice ist spät ... Vielleicht haben sie nicht genug Personal.

We found all the staff , cleaners , restaurant staff and bar staff very polite , welcoming , especially faran who works in the bar and showed us so much about where to go and what to do, we will definitely be coming back again, vincent simpkins.

Es war lange her, dass ich kein Hotel zu einem fairen Preis wie dieses gefunden habe. sehr schöne super ausgestattete Zimmer mit allen Komfort... unverschämte Reinigung... bequem, weich Bett... sehr weiche Küschen... am Morgen im Preis enthalten. Ein perfektes Frühstück mit einer würdigen Vielzahl von 5-Sterne-Hotels ...Ich bin Italiener, aber ich muss zugeben, dass in Italien Hotels mit diesen Merkmalen sind sehr viel .viel teuer.. Ich würde gerne zurückkehren.. den Besitzer Komplimente hat eine sehr schöne Struktur gemacht. !!! sehr nett Personal..
