Habe drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht, weil es eine hervorragende Lage hat. Es liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Shijo und der Station Karasuma der Hankyu-Bahn. Das Zimmer und die allgemeine Ausstattung sind ein wenig veraltet, aber es ist sehr sauber. Winziges Badezimmer wie auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Glücklicherweise roch es in unseren Zimmern nicht nach Rauch, wie in der Bewertung während unseres Aufenthalts hervorgehoben wurde. Sie können zum Nishiki-Markt, zum Daimaru-Laden und zu Ichiran Ramen laufen. Das nahe gelegene Tsukemen ist auch köstlich. Es gibt viele Cafés in der Nähe, in denen Sie frühstücken können. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel Reisenden empfehlen, die zum ersten Mal nach Kyoto kommen, da es praktisch ist. Für den Preis, den ich im Herbst bezahlt habe, würde ich jedoch ein anderes Hotel mit besserem Preis und besseren Einrichtungen wählen.

Ich war für zwei Nächte hier. 1. Der Koffer kann horizontal geöffnet werden 2. Direkt vor dem Ausgang 6 der U-Bahn-Station Karasuma. Es gibt einen Starbucks vor der Tür und 711 ist zwei Minuten entfernt. 3. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich ein Hotel sehe, das die Tür mit einem Schlüssel öffnet, haha 4. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft und sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen.

Expect for the location of this hotel everything else was a nightmare for my family and I. Breakfast is boring. Firstly, I make a mistake by not double checking on my booking, as I accidentally booked a smoking room. However due to respiratory issue, we needed to change a room and I do see available room on other platform app so I ask if we are able to switch a room or do an top up, but they say they are unable to do so and wasn’t able to provide any productive help. I was utterly disappointed and I ask if I could get a refund to book myself another room but they insist they are not able to do anything! It was such a horrible experience and I would let the picture do the talking, the hotel ventilation is in extreme poor condition and I would not recommend people with respiratory issue to stay here. Overall it was such bad experience through out, and I highly recommend the hotel to take action in their upgrading.

Absolutely seamless experience. + When I checked in, my suitcase (delivered by Kuroneko) had already been waiting in my room. That was a really nice touch! ❤️

Karasuma Kyoto Hotel is a decent choice with some great features. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were very accommodating, especially with holding our luggage after checkout. The rooms were clean and I got a nice view, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, there were a couple of downsides: the bathroom had an unexplained smell despite looking spotless, and the indoor temperature was sometimes too warm with no way to adjust it. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay with room for minor improvements.

A wonderful hotel! Good location - near the metro station. It is an easy walk to Gion. Very friendly staff. The room is clean and warm. There is everything you need to relax. Excellent, varied breakfast.

The location is excellent. However parking service was unacceptable. When the day i checked in, i asked in advance before i rented a car for the reservation of a car space, the staff told me no reservation was required, just told me to enter the car park when you needed. I thought there were plenty of parking spaces. However, when i drove in, the staff told me all spaces were reserved, and told me to drive to another car park nearby. Not recommended for someone who is planning for a car space.

The room is clean, the service is good, the most I like is that the hotel is very close to the subway station. The only downside is there is no laundry service in the hotel. But overall this hotel is worth recommending.

Super poor ventilation with a really warm central heater setting. Giant window can only be opened by staff (who struggled really badly with unlocking it) and cannot be closed on your own. Option to either suffocate in heat or have your room freeze in winter. Recep staff agreed to refund the remaining nights as we are checking into another hotel verbally but continuously refused to honour the changes in the app despite 3 attempts to amend the booking via customer service. Had to go down to the hotel again before they agreed.

Excellent location, very clean although it is a old hotel. The facilities are pretty good. The staff are friendly.
