Citadines Kyoto Karasuma-Gojo Bewertungen

Die Marke Citadines sollte nicht so sein. Wir haben für 3+1 Tage gebucht und am vierten Tag direkt nach dem Check-in storniert. Sauberkeit: Die Tische waren schmutzig. Andere sind in Ordnung Umgebung: Abgesehen von der Nähe zur U-Bahn gibt es nichts in der Nähe. Man muss überall mit der U-Bahn hinfahren. Service: Dies ist das fünfte Mal, dass ich in Japan und das zweite Mal, dass ich in Kyoto bin. Ich habe deutlich das Gefühl, dass die japanische Dienstleistungsbranche, insbesondere Hotels und Restaurants, im Vergleich zu vor fünf Jahren offensichtlich nachlässig mit chinesischen Gästen umgeht. Ausstattung: Arm und alt. Es gibt Fenster, aber sie blicken auf das Gebäude nebenan. Man muss tagsüber das Licht anmachen. Es ist deprimierend. Ich möchte keine Minute im Zimmer bleiben. Es wird empfohlen, diese Citadines zu meiden.

Bei b1 gibt es nur einen Wasserspender, der mit einem Glas gefüllt werden muss Waschmaschine*3, 300 Yen für eine Wäsche, kein Waschmittel Trockner*3, 100 Yuan für 30 Minuten. Gehen Sie hinaus und biegen Sie rechts ab zu McDonald's und Yayoi Aufgrund von Personalmangel schloss es um 21:30 Uhr. Yoshinoya auf der anderen Straßenseite ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Just steps away from the Goju subway. Nearby there's a McDonald's and some local restaurants. Fresco supermarket is nearby which is open 24 hours. Complimentary coffee is available only from 2-9pm. There's 3 dryers and washers at the basement level but it can get very busy during the evening and morning period. Be prepared to wait if you intend to wash and dry your laundry.

Like the hotel location, just 1 stop away from Kyoto station or 10 min walk. Close the subway, easy to travel with the public transport. Lobby area is quite good and service is great. Water cooler is in the level B1, would have been great to have a water cooler on the same floor. Rooms are quite nice and spacious but may need renovation. No hand wash inside the washroom possible as they placed the basin outside which we didn't really like. Overall we think of it as a cosy economical stay in Kyoto. For luxury, there are better options.

Room was clean, hotel is within walking distance to subway and also close to many eateries, supermarkets and Kyoto station. Great that the studio room is well equipped with self catering needs, enough cutleries and plates. Enough hanging space for towels and clothes

Amazing hotel! Great location ! Excellent service from the receptionists. I would like to stay again in this hotel. Affordable and yet. accessible to tourists spots . Walking distance to major scenery as well. I hope to be back soon. There’s a lot of restaurant beside the accomodation! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone , Solo or business travellers

Very helpful front desk service. Location’s pretty convenient & quiet. Not directly in any tourist spot, but very central. Room has everything you need.

Right outside Gojo station, 2-3min walk. Clean and convenient. Supermarket nearby. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing fantastic. Great room size!

It is easy reach to places . The car park have a height, please check before rental. Our rental car did not meet the height therefore need to find parking around . Book for 2 single with sofa bed but only twin bed and sofa. No 3 bed arrange . Easy reach to restaurant around . Not many amenities available.

We had stayed here before. This time we booked a room with a balcony. But, while we got a room with an out side balcony, one could not step onto the balcony because the door does not open, to let anyone use the balcony. This is misleading advertising and needs to stop. After complaints we were given a room where we could access the balcony. Unfortunately no seats or outside furniture was provided on the balcony. We liked the staff and the location. And theyo had in house parking, which while very convenient. Was a tad expensive. Also note, that across the Main Road is the local fire-and ambulance station, so frequent sirens and loud alarm noises, even during the night are unavoidable. This hotel has free coffee and teas in the lobby but does not have an ice maker. The is a medium size supermarket about 4 minutes down the road plus a 7-11 across the main road.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Exterior is pretty, just one stop away from kyoto station and has 7-11, supermarket, mcdonalds and a few other restaurants downstairs. Very convenient location, room is big as well.

room is big enough to open 2 luggages. its a apartment styled, so you can even cook there. bathroom is big also, not like squeeze type, enough and sufficient. comfortable, but if i remember correctly, only has 1 pillow each, but not a big issue unless you are someone who requires many pillows. service is good, has free coffee at lobby, but certain timing only, morning dont have. couter staff speaks english, easy to communicate and friendly.

Location is very convenient, just under 100m from Gojo station ( one stop from Kyoto station), short walk to bus stop too. 24 hour Udon shop, soba shop, McDonald is nearby. 100 yen shop next to bus stop. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful front desk, i love the kitchenette where i can wash/ prepare fruits, u can heat up food with the microwave, coin operated washing machine on B1. I extended our stay up to 5 nights at the hotel. Will visit again next trip.
