Das Haus ist nicht klein, aber das Zimmer, das wir bekamen, hatte eine Seitentür mit einem Fenster am Bett, sodass es nachts zur Straße hin etwas laut war. Wenn Sie ein japanisches Hotel reinigen, müssen Sie nur die Handtücher wechseln und sich um nichts anderes kümmern. also so.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nahe der geschäftigen Stadt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, exquisit und gut ausgestattet, aber das Zimmer ist etwas klein. Der Transport ist bequem, da Randen, Hankyu und Busse direkt unten verkehren. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Drogerien und Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert. Immer noch bereit, das nächste Mal zu bleiben.

Der Raum ist komfortabel! Trinkwasser wird bereitgestellt, nicht in Flaschen abgefüllt , Gäste können Toilettenartikel selbst auswählen und mitnehmen, was sehr umweltfreundlich ist! Wäschemöglichkeiten stehen zur Verfügung, so dass Sie Ihre Kleidung auch auf längeren Reisen ohne Waschpulver waschen können, was sehr praktisch ist!

Good location, very near Omiya Subway. Even w kuggage, there's lift. You gotta look for it. Easy to travel around w Subway. Very near Nakai & Sukiya. Walk ard 5 to 10mins, there's McDonald's, Matsuya n many other local restaurants. Family Mart & 7-11 are all over. No worries if suddenly u get hungry in e middle of the night. Bed is comfortable. Pillow very soft. Ice machine w cups, vending machine & laundry are there for usage. There's a common area w comfortable chairs and tables for u to seat when u wanna hangout. There's also microwave and water dispenser (bring your own cup or bottle to fill). ¥100 hot coffee machine available. You can seat around and warm up yr takeaway food and eat there. All in all, I recommend this hotel in Kyoto. Away from e busy street. Quite a nice street to walk. Accessible to different parts of Kyoto w subway nearby. Price is very reasonable.

The hotel room had everything that was required and is in a very good location, near to multiple convenience stores, eateries and the train station. However, manage expectations as room is a tad bit small for even just 2 people. We had to take turns opening our luggage. Overall, it's a pretty good price for what it is still.

everything about the place was great except the size of the room that was very small and I didn't have space to open my luggage really, and not having view to anything but other than these all was great and the hotel was really nice and no issue with it.

This is my second time to choose this hotel. i think i will have third and more time to live in this hotel in the future.

The location is not that friendly for tourists. It is far from the famous tourist location. If you are looking for a hotel with convenience, I would not recommend this. However, it does have a common area, which is definitely good for a group of people hanging out there.

If I didn't move from the Urbain hotel, which is very close by, I think I will give this hotel a 5 star. However, the two other hotels I stayed before all had onsen public bath, as well as decent laundry service. There is no public bath here, the laundry machines are wildly outdated, and they charge more than other hotels. I saw more foreign guests than in other hotels. Maybe the only thing that's beyond average here is their service.

Nice place and good location, they have a kitchen in the first floor that you can prepare some meals in the microwave and hot water machine, you can buy some food outside and take it to there and eat, good environment and clean to have a meal

stayed for a night before leaving to Osaka, fast budget hotel with very tiny room, this is the smallest we have stayed through the trip, suffocated and not recommended. There are many nice selection, even coffee machine need to pay here😂

Excellent the front staffs and the @JPY100 coffee and snack service. I borrowed umbrella and nail-cutter from the Front staffs and many many traffice info.and Paper maps from the senior female manager Very appropriate for her help. I will visit Kyoto and M's Plus hotel Nishiki- Shijo-Ohmiya again. Rick Shih

The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. They could also speak English well. Environment is clean and convenient with supermarkets nearby and restaurants too. Even drugstore is very near too.Hotel is quite new and very clean. Highly recommended 👍
