Staffs are very welcoming and helpful especially Marry who assisted us on our check-in. She answers all our questions patiently. The room were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the foods in breakfast buffet served in Bays Restaurant. Lifeguards in the pool area are attentive on our kid's safety. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Sie waren sicherlich dazu benutzt, zu erklären), aber die Sheraton Four Points ist ungefähr 200' entfernt und diese Sheraton-Anlage teilt die Immobilie mit dem Saint Regis Hotel. Google hat mich zum andere Sheraton und es war einfacher zu navigieren, Saint Regis als mein Ziel zu verwenden. Die Club Lounge ist nützlich, aber extrem begrenzt. Most people get out of Kuwait for New Year, instead we went in. We had a quiet and lovely stay at St.Regis and did not regret picking this destination. It did not seem like the hotel cut back on staff count despite low occupancy so we could have personal service in the various restaurants and in the kids club; overall we enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite as Marriott Ambassador Elite guests and the suite was nice and comfortable. The bed was great and we could sleep well every night. The only mild negative I would say is that for a hotel of this caliber, suites should have 1.5 bath but unfortunately this one did not have the convenient extra half bathroom. We made good use of the kids club and our daughter enjoyed spending time there. The staff there were great and there was a lot of variety of games for children to play. The restaurant for breakfast was quiet every morning and included made to order dishes along with a buffet which had many interesting local options. Breakfast was a strong point of the hotel although the venue betrays the age of the building with low ceilings despite being recently renovated. For New Year's eve dinner, we went to the hotel's Iranian restaurant which had equally good service and we enjoyed the special occasion. Overall despite some weaknesses I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.

Rittika, in particular, stood out for her exceptional kindness and efficiency in assisting with my requests. It was truly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to their work. Additionally, I must commend the entire staff, from the security team to the porters, for their exemplary service throughout my stay. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests like myself did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the rooms were impeccable—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. Parking was actually easy despite previous reviews mention otherwise. I would just suggest to the property to give specific access info to that before their arrival. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.

Zunächst gab man uns ein Zimmer im 18. Stock, von dem wir eine gute Aussicht hatten, welches sich jedoch als Raucherzimmer herausstellte. Am nächsten Tag durften wir in ein Nichtraucherzimmer im 13. Stock umziehen. Das Frühstück ist exzellent, erstens die Aussicht (20. Stock), dann die arabischen Gerichte. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist leider nicht (mehr) in Betrieb, auf der Dachterasse gibt es abends eine Kaffee-Bar, die vor allem von jungen Menschen besucht wird und die ständig gut besucht war.

Wir hatten tolle Zeit, Personal sind freundlich, Einrichtungen sind sauber und sauber. Aussicht ist gut. Essen ist lecker.. In der Nähe des Einkaufsbereichs.. Wir lieben es wieder zu besuchen.. Wir können Flugzeuge immer sehen.. Biriyani war so lecker

Excellent location, Excellent Ambiance, Friendly multinational Staff. Excellent place for business as well leisure travel. A number of nearby attractions, shopping and eating outlets. Well maintained swimming pool, gymnasium. The best attraction for business travellers is club lounge!

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte in diesem zentral in Kuwait City gelegenen Hotel. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die schöne Strandpromenade, die bekannten Kuwait Towers und der quirlige Fischmarkt sind (jedenfalls bei etwas kühlerem Winterwetter) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht mehr ganz taufrisch, und hier und da nagt erkennbar der Zahn der Zeit, bietet jedoch unterm Strich eine passable, angenehme Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. An der Rezeption außerordentlich herzliche Begrüßung durch eine sich vor Freundlichkeit geradezu überschlagende Mitarbeiterin. Ein kleines Problem mit unserer Buchung (das vorausbezahlte Frühstück wurde im Hotelsystem nicht angezeigt) konnte schnell und unbürokratisch ausgeräumt werden. Das Zimmer sehr groß mit schöner Aussicht über den Persischen Golf. Die Einrichtung schon etwas älter, jedoch in gutem Pflegezustand. Bequemes Bett, in dem wir gut schlafen konnten. Eine nette Geste war das an einem Tag bereitgestellte frische Obst. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß war das Badezimmer: Der Gast muss hier in der Badewanne duschen. Im obersten Stockwerk mit beeindruckender Aussicht ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Neben arabischen Köstlichkeiten kommen auch „westliche“ Speisen nicht zu kurz, und Eier werden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Praktisch ist auch, dass das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen anbietet. Obwohl wir wegen Verzögerungen bei der Passkontrolle deutlich verspätet waren, erwartete uns der freundliche Fahrer unmittelbar nach der Gepäckausgabe und brachte uns mit einem modernen, sehr gepflegten Fahrzeug sicher und zügig zum Hotel.
