After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

Ich habe seit 8 Stunden in diesem Hotel gewöhnt. In diesem Jahr fand ich, dass es völlig anders als vor allem, von der attraktiven neuen Dekoration bis zum Management des Ortes. Selbst der Kaffee, der dort naw herauskommt, wird eleganter. Ich muss nicht nach einem neuen Hookah Platz aus. Alles in einem Ort (Hookah, Lebensmittel, Live-Musik) alles ist einfach perfekt 🌹🌹 Ich muss spezielle Dank an Mr. Osama Al Kotok für seinen Abendessen große Anstrengungen, diesen Ort zu einem sehr schönen attraktiven Hotel zu wechseln, besonders am Wochenende haben sie immer Live-Show mit Sängern, einschließlich sehr leckeres offenes Buffet. IBRAHEEM iSSSAM für die schöne Veranstaltung meiner Bruder Geburtstagsfeier, alles war nur perfekt. Ich bin Dr. Laurna matar am besten begegnet.

Gute Lage, zwei Schritte entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, kann das Problem des Essens lösen, es gibt kein chinesisches Essen in der Nähe. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer heizte nicht, es war zu kalt.

Wir hatten tolle Zeit, Personal sind freundlich, Einrichtungen sind sauber und sauber. Aussicht ist gut. Essen ist lecker.. In der Nähe des Einkaufsbereichs.. Wir lieben es wieder zu besuchen.. Wir können Flugzeuge immer sehen.. Biriyani war so lecker

Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, war sauber und hatte einen kleinen Blick auf das Wasser. Auf dem Fernseher sind YouTube und Netflix geladen, was ein netter Vorteil war. Gute Teeauswahl im Zimmer und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist im Winter gesperrt. In der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen Park, der zum Entspannen einlädt, und auch der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel while on a trip to visit friends. This is definitely a choice location and hotel, as they do it right. I will break down some important information, that if you are traveling to Kuwait, you must know. No matter what your reason for coming to Kuwait this is a great hotel. First, when you are traveling to Kuwait, there are some things you NEED to know coming here, to enjoy a stay without interruption or complication. When visiting Kuwait, if you are coming with people, unless you are married (and you must provide proof), you cannot share a hotel room, nor can you be inside another person's room. This is a law and you must obey it. If you don't, they will be very quick to let you know. You can do your E-Visa before your arrival, and I suggest you do to expedite the process. You should do this about ten days before your arrival. It will be good for three months from the date you touchdown. Now for the hotel: The property is located at The Avenues, a sprawling mall, which has everything you will need. The hotel is connected by a simple corridor into the mall property. The food options at The Avenues are many, and they are full of tasty and amazing places. The Kuwait Government has a high standard for food preparation and serving in general, so you will food that is safe, clean and well prepared. From local Kuwait, Arabic and Indian choices, you will also literally find Cheesecake Factory and even Texas Roadhouse. There are fantastic teas and coffees galore also. Customer service is huge in Kuwait, so you will be greeted by many and made to feel at home. The Hilton staff will make you feel very welcome and safe. Security is extremely high in Kuwait. The hotel staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and experience. Dry Cleaning is available, and they can get your laundry back to you same day if needed. The hotel restaurant has a wonderful breakfast with endless options. Everything is fresh and a great way to start your day. The rooms are very nice, spotless and well kept. The showers are great and you will have plenty of towels. Safes and ironing boards are in the room. The in room TV has many channel options, including international news if you require. The rooms are very quiet and your stay is not interrupted by any noise. There are sizeable refrigerators in the room to hold a number of food leftovers and drinks. There is no alcohol in Kuwait. This is a hotel I would stay at without any concerns, as they made it a really great stay! Thanks Hilton!

Gut, die Service-Einstellung ist auch gut und der Preis ist hoch. Bequem und geschäftlich. Aber wenn Sie sich selbst umdrehen und kaufen wollen, müssen Sie in die AEVENUE Mall fahren. Es gibt keine Schläge in der Nähe des Hotels, sehr wie die Dongguan Street in den 1990er Jahren.

I would like to raised my concern here in this hotel I want to highlight to have and request to give us more free water because I'm staying here more than a month and my company always assign us here to stay and I also like this place and hotel always ready for any help especially amaj for pick up and shyam for arranging our transportation and beni and salam for always there for us

Ein großes Hotel im Vergleich zum Preis. Es gibt viele Einrichtungen, wie ein Schwimmbad, ein Fitnessraum und ein Frauen-Nagelsalon. Es gibt einen Starbucks in der Rezeption, und es gibt viele Geschäfte neben dem Hotel. Wie Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Atmung. Die Hotelgäste haben Parkplätze, die Sie mit den Taschen nach dem Einkaufen immer helfen. Wir wurden auf dem Zimmer, das wir reserviert haben, gegeben, und “Redha” geben uns junior süß, Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung wir bald wiederkommen.
