Reception staff was very nice

一切都很好，吃住行都很好，周圍環境，怎麼説，跟國內還是差很多，不過，你在科威特，就不用跟國內比吧，沒有可比性，基本上科威特環境，哎，來了看了裏知道了，相對來説，這裡是安靜舒適的，因為畢竟早期房子，設施齊全完善裏好了，現代感少些，推薦23樓的健身房和汗蒸和幹蒸，游泳池太小沒去，都在23 樓

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte in diesem zentral in Kuwait City gelegenen Hotel. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die schöne Strandpromenade, die bekannten Kuwait Towers und der quirlige Fischmarkt sind (jedenfalls bei etwas kühlerem Winterwetter) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht mehr ganz taufrisch, und hier und da nagt erkennbar der Zahn der Zeit, bietet jedoch unterm Strich eine passable, angenehme Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. An der Rezeption außerordentlich herzliche Begrüßung durch eine sich vor Freundlichkeit geradezu überschlagende Mitarbeiterin. Ein kleines Problem mit unserer Buchung (das vorausbezahlte Frühstück wurde im Hotelsystem nicht angezeigt) konnte schnell und unbürokratisch ausgeräumt werden. Das Zimmer sehr groß mit schöner Aussicht über den Persischen Golf. Die Einrichtung schon etwas älter, jedoch in gutem Pflegezustand. Bequemes Bett, in dem wir gut schlafen konnten. Eine nette Geste war das an einem Tag bereitgestellte frische Obst. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß war das Badezimmer: Der Gast muss hier in der Badewanne duschen. Im obersten Stockwerk mit beeindruckender Aussicht ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Neben arabischen Köstlichkeiten kommen auch „westliche“ Speisen nicht zu kurz, und Eier werden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Praktisch ist auch, dass das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen anbietet. Obwohl wir wegen Verzögerungen bei der Passkontrolle deutlich verspätet waren, erwartete uns der freundliche Fahrer unmittelbar nach der Gepäckausgabe und brachte uns mit einem modernen, sehr gepflegten Fahrzeug sicher und zügig zum Hotel.

Und machen alles reibungslos und einfach. Besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Amr an der Rezeption, er ist immer da Mir zu helfen und meine Anfrage ohne Verzögerung vor Ort zu erfüllen, und das gesamte Team sind perfekt.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel for eight nights during my visit to Kuwait. The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Kuwait, close to many attractions, including the Kuwait Towers, Mubarakiya Souk, and more. The staff were exceptional and took care of all my needs. A huge thank you to Amr, the front desk manager, for upgrading me to a lovely room. Special thanks as well to the front desk team — Chanthu, Riza, Smriti, and Rose — for their outstanding service. I also greatly appreciate the assistance of bell captains Ibrahim and Mahmoud. The breakfast buffet on the 20th floor was a highlight, offering a stunning view and a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and will definitely return soon. A big thank you to everyone who made my visit so memorable!

*************, it was a great and memorable event of my life when I hosted my marraige reception in this hotel, March this year. The entirety was a 5 star experience. The Staffs showed beyond warm welcoming hospitality, especially it will be unwise and unfair to not mention the man behind all things happening very swiftly and smoothly with a high priority basis vibes in all aspects from reception, meal menu discussion with executive chef to room service is our Brother Sohel Ahmed who is the executive housekeeper of this hotel. I was given the special presidential suite that is on the 21st floor and has a very clear and complete view of the Sea, for which I was honoured with much late check out. All of my family, relatives, friends and colleagues were fully satisfied with everything. There is a wide range of buffet breakfast that was very tasty. I would highly recommend anyone planing to throw a part at this place, as the whole environment gives you a feeling and a true 5 star service. *************.

Room is nice and stay is great. staff are very cooperative when it comes to my request and they are so kind. i like the view of the room and the location is very bear to my work place. i have an amazing atay with this hotel and continuing to be back in these place.
