"設施：這個酒店真的是二世谷的性價比之王啊，隔壁柏悦當時訂的時候沒有三人間，選了日航，雖然價格也不便宜，但是住宿體驗非常好。出門步行三分鐘到308，我們到的第一天晚上去看mountain lights，而且趕上了黃金週最後一天的煙花，感覺很不錯。 服務：每天含早餐，早餐衹要吃自製海鮮丼感覺就能吃出一套房啊，魚子海鮮飯札幌一碗應該就4000了，這邊隨便吃。晚餐和午餐因為柏悦不好訂，也在餐廳吃的，吃到了蝦夷鹿排，味道很不錯，全瘦肉，也有湯咖喱的選擇。 環境：酒店後面就是tree walk和tree trekking的森林，訂了活動定時去就可以。酒店的The Shop也有花火賣，晚上帶孩子放煙花，價格也是非常合適，主要是在北京根本不可能讓放煙花的。"

"We think this is the best hotel in this area for ski in ski out, hotel is big with many restaurants. We had good service from May at the China Kitchen. Check in was so so as they told us no late check out whatever the level of our Hyatt membership, we stayed at the residence side with an Onsen in the room. Great views of the ski. Our friends stayed at the hotel side and they got late check out. But all in all great for us since our little girl likes this hotel for the multi food experience and the playground plus the wonderful ski lessons by Daisuke, we will be back again"

"Das total neue Hotel liegt in der Mitte der Stadt. Von dort aus erreicht man viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés. Ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich der Lift und die Gondola. Das Zimmer ist großzügig ausgestattet mit neuen Küchengeräten und sämtlichen Schnickschnack. Zur Begrüßung stand auf dem Tisch ein Gästegeschenk mit lokalem Wein und Kekse. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer bietet genügend Platz für Gemütlichkeit!"

"網上有很多負面評價，入住前還有點擔心，來説説真實的入住體驗吧 定的最基礎的雙人間，設計的很温馨很舒服，雖然不大，但五臟俱全，有冰箱洗衣機洗碗機電磁爐油煙機，甚至鍋碗瓢盆都有，很方便。酒店12月份新開業，怕有味道，但酒店很貼心的準備了空氣凈化器，基本上沒有味道。 房間帶個小陽台，直接面對雪場纜車，晴天還可以看到羊蹄山。 酒店L樓還有公共温泉浴室，白天滑完雪，來泡一泡很舒服，洗護用品也都是Aesop和戴森吹風機。還有付費的私人温泉 正對羊蹄山，入住的幾天天氣都不好就沒體驗了。看了網上的照片 很出片。 早餐：半自助形式，選一道主菜+自助 菜品不多 每天也不更新 稍顯遜色。 再説服務方面，入住和退房酒店免費提供附近車站接送服務，需要提早和酒店發郵件預訂，入住期間hirafu小鎮範圍內也是提供免費接送的，基本上都是阿爾法接送，挺加分的。 滑雪： 就在雪場邊上，滑進滑出很方便，1樓有雪具大廳，每個房間都配了存雪具櫃，也有雪具租賃服務和滑雪學校。"
